Leave a Commenti got a call from this number recentely.there was a voice from the other side telling me that his name was Harrold and was from pcsupportcaretoday.comhe was truly sounding like a *** and asked me to turn on my pc so he could show the errors in my pc.he also told me that my windows 7 license is expired.how is it possible?i searched google and i came to know that not any single microsoft operating system has limited time warrenty.microsoft will be giving free support to all genuine customers untill the product is available to buy.
i wont call it a scam as the work they do is legitimate...but i question the sales approach
I had a call from them and it was definitely a scam.I asked them for the IP Address that had the "Ghost Files" but they couldn't understand me.I asked them for the OS of the computer that was giving the errors. They answered Windows XP. I haven't run XP since Vista came out.I then asked specifically for the errors and names of the "Ghost Files" and then they ***g up.Beware of the scam.
they sale this onehttp://www.superantispyware.com/shoppingcart.html?action=add&sku=SAS000for US$ 80.59. when the original price is US$ 29.95
Samuel is a *** a** ***.he infected my computer, i forced them for a charge back.
i recieved a call from a lady with an indian accent named"Alina", claiming to be an****ociate of windows.the lady seemed to be very dodgy and pushed me to pay them through my credit card. my husband did't allowed me to do so.thank god i was saved.beware of these cold callers
he is a c**t.
Devious underhand strategy - implying that they are****ociated with Microsoft. Callback number given - as on website - non functional. Refused to answer my question 'is this an unsolicited sales call?'AArrgghh
20$ or 2000$ , I look at the quality of service. they ran more than one software, in fact my network issue was solved by him
Yes, I like Samuel too, For about $20us you can get a subscription to Advanced System Care Professional which will do all that PCsupportcaretoday do and without the worry of their intrusive "take over" of your computer, which is my ultimate concern. Mike.
I have a crush on Samuel the technician
PC Support care has helped me very much and special thanks to Bruce Watson who was so patience and he solved all my problem in my computer and I wish he may do good. And I also wish PC Support Care good luck and they do well in the market. The best part of the service was that were not from Microsoft yet the professionalism was at par.
I disagree, they are good at the work and they are genuine.I first thought that it was a scam, but after doing some research, I found out that they are based in US and they follow a legitimate protocol
kristy, I totally agree with you, they are a professional bunch but some of the telemarketeers are a bit pushy. But at the end of the day i got the help that was required
PC SUPPORT CARE , has actually helped me. I was very weary when they called, but once they s****ed the work , it was very professional. I subscribed for a 2 year warranty in August, till now i am getting services done monthly.
Received a call tonight from a woman with an Indian accent claiming my computer was giving warnings to their company - www.pcsupportcaretoday.com. She claimed I needed to speak to the their Techo who took me into Vista and then claimed I had been infected with malware which they could remove. He claimed he was subcontracting to microsoft and my vista "warranty"had run out. Very pushy and keen to get the credit card. I turned the modem off and went to their site and googled this site which said it was a scam so I told him my internet connection was not working and he would have to ring back. He still wanted my credit card number. Told him to ring back next week. Might lead him on.
Yes, they've just tried to do a hardsell on me. Way too pushy. It didn't feel right for Microsoft.
This number rang me about paying to fix errors, it is a scam, please watch this company. They do nothing and are out there to scam you
