How can stop this text spamming they send messages around the clock

Hi Jorge I am having the same problem... I just need to find out who they are. I am going to do so****ing about it but I need help.

I've been having the same problem for the past two months, receiving the following texts: "CELL 786-389-6345 We Buy Junk Cars $450-500 Compro carros $450-500" and also "786-333-9573 Cash for Junk Cars$450-500 Compro Carros $450-500" The numbers the texts come from are disconnected when i call them back which means they are being sent from some internet service. As for the numbers in the text message I get the same problem everyone else has had here. Some girl picks up and when i tell them to remove me form their text list they say It's been done and a week later I get the same texts. Finally I decided to spend the whole day calling them and telling them to remove my number and I wouldn't stop until i got a verifiable way of knowing it's been done. After a few hours they ignored my calls (a few times they would pick up) and sent them straight to voice mail which was already full. The second day I s****ed doing this the same thing happened, except they called me back with the same "Compro carros" spiel. After that I decided to find out if there was anything Legal I could do. I first called Miami Consumer protection agency and they referred me to the federal Do Not Call List, even though they don't cover Text messages and the numbers they are sending texts from is not a valid number. I then called the Florida Inspector General office but they couldn't help me either because they deal with state agencies only,. They did refer me to the Fla. Dept of Agriculture and consumer services. They couldn't help either because they were text messages and I also didn't have the name of the business. They also suggested I call my Cell phone company to have the number blocked but that's not going to work either. So where does that leave me (and us)? This coming week I might do like another poster suggested. Tell them I have a car to sell and give them a random address and have them waste gas. I was thinking about confronting w***ver shows up but that could become dangerous because the type of people that run these business and live here in Miami are the angry type. Another tactic I'm going to use is sign up the cell phone numbers that are included in the text to on-line text services like jokes, trivia, horoscopes, maybe even **** site. These services charge your bill without notice and the burden is on you to call your cell company and have the charges removed so maybe this will be a nice annoyance to w***ver runs this business and the girls that answer the phone. I'll be happy to hear any other ideas and experience with this problem.

Guys, I've said this before, I'll say it a***n. HAVE FUN WITH THIS. This is what you do, call them up with a non-traceable phone number (I use Google voice) and tell them you have a car that you want to get rid of. Make sure you have the model, color, and year of the car ready so it doesn't sound fake. They ask you four things: (1) is the engine still in the car? (2) is the transmission still in the car? (3) does it have all four wheels? (4) and do you have the ***le? To which you answer all of them, yes! Just in case they ask you for the ***le number, just give them any 8-digit number. Then google a fake address in Miami and tell them to come as soon as possible. DO NOT ask for their names, they will not give it to you under any cir***stances. And asking their names will tip them off. ENJOY!!!!

Text spammers trying to buy junk cars If they text you do this from a post that I just read " I tell them i have one (car) and get them to come all the way out to me and then say, lol lol lol!!! Its the funniest thing ever. They have to drive that big tow truck out here, pay someone to drive it,... Its worth every bit of the time spent getting them to come out. :) try it, youll feel sooooo much better. :)

I received an unwanted text message to my cell phone. Caller ID was (239)628-0946. Content of the text message is: "786-536-8390 CASH FOR JUNK CARS $450 COMPRO CARROS $450" I reported them to donotcall.gov.

I am also getting Text messages from this company. I bet this message is some how****ociated to All County Towing. They are one of the biggest **** heads in South Florida. You walk away from your car and their two truck drivers steal your car. Then they make you pay cash to get it back. For some reason they allowed to get away with this. I suggest we all s**** calling this number after 12:00AM every night. I bet would stop these messages rather quickly.

Txt message from+17724806590 786-536-8390 WE BUY JUNK CARS $400 COMPRO CARROS $400 I forwarded message to 7726(SPAM) at AT&T. I also Called AT&T and reported the spam txt msg as it was the second one I received.

Got a text stating "We buy junk cards $400". Going to report them to www.donotcall.gov
