I called the number back and it says all circuits are busy. Anyone have any new info?  Very annoying.

I received a collect call from a correctional facility from this number but thats not where my cousin is in incarcerated at. When I call back all it says is either all circuits are busy or I hear a dial tone.

Go a short message on my answering ma****e and all I could hear in the background was " I wonder if the B***H is still there. I'm saving the message to turn them in.

got a missed call from this #, when i call back it doesn't ring

This person asked my husband if he knew me and wouldn't give any information so my husband ***g up on him.
