This is really annoying... i ve been getting calls from this number too...but no one said a thing. I am currently in the process of job sear****g myself. And since most of you said they called to ask for a resume, it is very possible that they have gotten our numbers from one of the job search sites.

Me too! It is incredibly annoying. Any idea how to make it stop? I have tried calling, ignoring, and answering and saying do not call me.

I keep getting calls from this number in the past few days. I never answered and they never left a message. I tried to call back and it said it was a non-working number. They called a***n today and when I answered it was just silence and then they ***g up. Any idea how to make them stop?

Call back is to a number that has been disconnected. However, this number had called every 60 minutes for the last three hours.

I missed a call from from this number. I called back about 3 minutes later and I was told that I have reached a non working number! 3 minutes! So, I figured it wasn't a legit person/company and didn't fret about it.

I finally answered after weeks of getting calls from this number and not answering. They never left a message. It was someone calling from the US Navy.  I told him that I was not interested in the US Navy and to please not call me back a***n.  Yes, it sounds like a scam.  I called the operator and the police.  We are tapping the call if he calls a***n.

They said nothing. Called back and is an inactive number.

BE WARNED: THIS IS A SCAM! THIS GUY CALLED ME TODAY, HE IS NOT WITH THE U.S. NAVY AS HE CLAIMS. I CALLED THE NAVY TO VERIFY IF THIS WAS LEGIT AND WAS INFORMED THAT NAVY DOES NOT UTILIZE MONSTER.COM NOR DO THEY REQUEST THE PERSONAL INFORMATION HE IS REQUESTING. THIS IS DEFINITELY AN IDEN***Y THEFT SCAM.

called 4 times today, no answer, then a "goodbye" and ****up.  tried to call back and said it cant be completed as dialed

Pickup once and got silence. CID says its from miami florida. They called me 4 times today ***...

Some idiot from this number calls me a few times every day and I've answered twice but it's always silent on their end. Extremely unprofessional and annoying during my work day, to say the least.

This number called me at least once a day in the past three days. When I picked up, I got nothing but silence. When I dialed back, I got busy tone.

Yeah, I got a call saying it was from the Navy and a resume check, but so****ing about it didn't feel right. They DID have a listed address for me, but then they asked me questions that should have already been on my resume. It still sounded SEMI legit, because the dude asked questions like "What was your discharge code", which a scam like iden***y-theft wouldn't ask for. The guy sounded black, and said his name was Eric Clarke (i'm guessing on the spelling). He said he was going to connect me with someone else, and when he tried it didn't work, and he said the guy wasn't at his desk, so I'd get a call in the next 45 minutes. That call never came. Weird. So****ing felt so weird about the whole ****ed thing.
