Claim FPL but won’t leave call back number

This is a harassing phone call made by criminals. They present themselves as a business, yet they have NO CUSTOMERS. These are more criminals hurting Americans private use of their telephones. Hey FCC and telephone company, how long are you going to punish innocent victims.

Claim they are from FPL and the rates going up. Told her I’m not interested....remove my number.
