Scam: They will call saying the are investigasting a suspicious charge in your account related to some equipment that has been recently bought (usually iPhones as they are the most common). They will tell you that this seems suspicious and that they will proceed to cancel the transaction. They will tell you that they will initiate a password reset on their end to be proceed with the cancelation, and that you will receive a text message on your phone with a pin number expecting for you to provide that pin for them to be able to change your password and take control of your account. Do NOT provide any information asked. T-Mobile will NEVER ask for your personal details, passwords or pins or anything for that matter. Always go to your nearest (official) T-Mobile to verify the state of your account. Also, as a preventive measure, change the password on your account.
