It is a phone number to a bank in Puerto Rico called "Banco Popular de Puerto Rico". Not spam.
A lot was said. Mainly that my social security number has been identified in other cases and that I was going to be arrested. It was a recording.
they asked for me and was given an extension to call back. Phone rings ,the extension is entered. The ext. rings but no answer.
