You can report these people to the Do Not Call Registry. If you are getting a recording, your number does not even have to be registered.
Recording has been saying "This is your last call" for weeks. These people need to be reported and prosecuted.

Actually took this call to see who keeps calling. Asked how he got my cellphone number which is not****ociated with any of my credit cards and asked to have my number removed from their system. He asked if I make payments or pay off every month. When I told him I pay it off - HE ***G UP ON ME!!!!! I tried to call them back. Got a voicemail and left a nastly message.
