Keep getting calls all hours of the day (I am on HST) with recorded voice asking for James to call regarding an urgent matter and if I am not James to call them and have my number removed! Yeah right, like I will call them back; I figure they will get tired and move on to someone who will call back. Shouldn't there be a fine for people calling numbers listed on the DNC list?

Tells me to retrun a call that is most impaortant and is business related. This is an attempt to collect a debt. After three seconds it claims I have verified that this is the number connected to a Cashel Wallace. The number displayed im my ID is (800) 203-1552. ***w do we go after this type of fraudualnt debt collecting practices? After soing my own sear****g it appears it belongs to an agency under the name of ELCCA or EL CCA. They also provide a reference number of REF# 37200418

We have five cell phones registered in my husband's name, David M. Rochette.  One of them has been receiving automated calls stating that by holding on for a specified amount of time, it certifies that they have reached David M. Rochette.  I called the number to inquire about why they were calling; but they refused to supply me with any information.  I told the person that we are registered on the do not call list and that if they continued to call, we would report them.

This number keeps calling once, most days twice, for just 4 rings, then stops. I don't answer this, or any other number I do not recognize. Will not respond to any unknown caller.

Kept calling, ignoring my complaints.

Received the call this morning after a meesage was left on ma****e day before. Woman that called asked to verify my name, then told me I had an account with ATT in collections - not true. She asked if I lived at two addresses - I had never lived at either. I told her I did not owe ATT and that the addresses were wrong. Next she wanted to verify with my last two numbers of my SSN. I declined since I already informed her that they were in error. She replied that wasn't good enough. I replied for her to do whatever she thinks she needs to do. By the way, she didn't even know what her company CCA stood for.

I was left a recorded message asking me to calling this number. I did and was told that a company called UPA needed my information which I refused to give.

Received a call from this number 1-800-203-1552. I answered the call and was instructed to call back for a very urgent business matter.

Calling to collect an ETF from ATT,(early termination fee) I had thought ATT dropped the fee, because I paid a deposit. But instead the deposit apparently was just free money for the monopoly. ATT is a monopoly that is growing and absorbing smaller satellite companies all over

I rec'd a call for someone I don't know, who has never lived at this address. It was an automated message saying it was an attempt to collect a debt.I called back and told them this, and the woman just said OK.
