Question: is prize offer by caller legitimate?
these **** people called offering a free cruise and its a scam , they ask for your credit card number right off, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!!!!!!!!!!
I got a call from them saying that I won a cruise to the Ba***** for 2 days and 2 nights. And for an extra $538 I could gt an extended stay in Ft. Lauderdale and Orlando with a car rental/Universal tickets. I accepted only the cruise and gave them my visa number for the port fees. After I ***g up it didn't feel right so I canceled my card. Luckily nothing was charged yet and hopefully nothing will be.
same situation, they make it sound like u won and coming from a local festival, it seemed legit until right at the end, they ask for a credit card, don't fall for it !!let's put these****holes to jail
Yeah, I entered a drawing at the Dad Vail Regatta and thought this had to be a bit off since i had a friend who said he won last year - there's a few too many ***ople there to have that happen! I was excited, and then he asked abuot my credit card. Uh, If I won, why do you need that?
I just got a called from them..I booked the vacation and realized 5 mins later that it was a scam. I called up my visa company and told them to put a hold on my account, I still need to call up the ramada plaza resorts to officially cancel. lets hope i dont get scammed.
