no clue--left a cut off half msg that could not understand

Wasted 5 minutes of my monthly allotment waiting on HOLD for an available representative because it was "very important that we speak to you." When rep finally answered, they ***g up. Never will answer a***n! If they don't have a rep ready, they shouldn't be calling.

They left no messages- and when I called the number back they refused to identify themselves unless I first stated my name and SS number.

Got a phone today approx. 8:39 am, caller id said unknown name, unknown number, boyfriend picked up it,they wanted to speak to me, boyfriend said I wasn't home, they wouldn't tell him the nature of the call, so they left number to call back, 800-207-6153. If this is a LEGIT "collection agency" they WOULD have phone number listed on caller ID. I am NOT calling them back. thank you.

Got a call from 800-207-6153. Guy just said his name is Cory Carlson, I think that's a B**S** name. He said this is regarding a personal business matter. Well, my number is on the federal DO NOT CALL LIST. How do you stop these people from calling.

They called but never said who was calling and didn't even know how to prounce my last name. i have a rule if you can't prounce my last name you must not really want to talk. so i told them no such person existed. i called the number back and there was no name given when you first call back. it just says please hold for a rep. No Thanks. you can't tell me a company name you must not really have a good reason to talk to me.

Called today Sept 30th, 2009 at 1:45pm CST. She said her name very quickly and the rest was mumbled. I will never call back a call like that unless I know what it is about.

I dont think they get it that unless they leave more information they will not get a call back.  It is very easy now a days to get information on these calls.I know I owe money for my medical bills but I have already made arrangements to pay them.So far I have only received one call from this number Sept 30th, 2009 at 1:45pm CST.

I won't answer a call if I don't know who it is.  This "person" keeps calling me and will leave only a message to call her back.  No other information.  I'm not about to call back without further information and identification

Called and acted like I knew her, she said please call me back as soon as you can....We'll I cant unless you give me some info on why I need to call you back!

They called me at work, but must not have had my direct extension because the ID was coming through the operator.  They also just said they needed me to call them back and gave their number, with no further information.  They were very short and abrupt and did not sound very friendly, which makes me not want to return the call.  I would also like to know what "bill" they are referring to so that I can be prepared.  I don't like blindly calling someone.

Someone just called and left a message. the person calling me was jeff. but he didn't identify his company or what he wanted. and according to what people have posted its some company in wi and i don't owe a debt in wi. i just moved here in nov. so im not calling them back

Got a call from "no name", told me to call someone at this number.  I have no idea what it is about, I'm not going to call it until they tell me what it is.  Why do they call, and not tell you what it's about?  To me it sounds like they really don't care then.
