My husband & I were looking for a home. Our credit is not good enough to get a loan. We called the number above to answer to an ad they are posting on craigslist. You can do a search on Google eg; rent to own or owner financing, Dallas, TX. There ad goes like this. They have pics of a beautiful model homes kitchen living room etc. Their ad say's These properties Are in Jeopardy Of Forclosure within The next 30-90 days, balh balh blah. Anyway we naturally got excited when the ad also say's no money down, no qualifying and you just take over the payments. We call the number and a man answers to Orange future. They put you on hold to speak to a live operator, but you are always called number  13, 22, or some number. After you are on hold for a few minutes they answer and immeidately s**** telling you that you will qualify no matter what. They say they work with thousands of lenders that are listing their properties that are in foreclosures and all you have to do is pay $199.00 and this will pay for the transfer of the deed to the house and you will immediately have access to thousands of home listings online with a login name password. They say you will have one month to search and if you do not find a home you will be refunded the $199 fee. My husband spoke with them first and almost gave them the credit card number when I spoke to the man on the line and ask him to explain it to me. And when I s****ed asking him questions he became very beligerant and rude. He was more intrested in getting the credit card number than anything else. My husband ask where their office was located and the man on the line said Dallas, TX Anyway I do believe this is Fraud. Go to craigs or google the search.
