threathened me to get a lawyer, will take them to court if they give up their company name. there are 2 guys I don't know if name correct john ****s and rick phillips threathening people all the time. and they continue to keep calling not listed under crs in dallas county - their fax area code is 214

I think is crs but they are in houston not dallas, texas, not sure, they are unlisted must send a validation letter before dealing with them. IF they don't give up the address then report it to the police.

Got a voicemail message from "Mr. ****s" stating he was calling on behalf of his client. He stated in the message that if we didn't get back to him or have our attorney contact him he'd tell his client to sue. When we called back I asked who it was regarding and he said, "Well I have no idea who it was unless you give me your name and information." This seems like a scam artist to me!

Got a message from a Mr. ****s in the Dallas, TX area stating that I "call back or since the company is in the same state as me..they can come and notify me in persons as is their legal right" and when I called back, he (or at least a  guy's voice) answered the phone with "hello" (not company or personal greeting). When I told him that I was returning a call...he said "I need to get your number and call you back. I'm on the other phone line with other people or do you have an attorney representing you".  I told him "before we go any further, who is this". He told me that "I can't release any information until I verify you. So I will tell them that they can go ahead and sue you".  He ***g up the phone. Very rude. Very uptight.

Got a call from a John ****s who gave this number stating he was an attorney attempting to collect on a debt, threatening to file a lawsuit on behalf of his client.

I received a rather threatening message on my answering ma****e from a guy who left this number. The caller id comes up unknown number. Said he was from Dallas Texas. Have no idea who it could be.
