Anyone knows who this is?

I rec'd a second call from "David", however today not only did he not leave the company name but he did not leave his name either. The message just s****ed out with..."this is your second notification to this matter. Contact me at 1-800-214-5325 as soon as you get this voice mail in reference to your case #2698240 or if you have an attorney representing you, have him contact me instead at 1-800-214-5325". The tone of today's message was definitely more intimidating, more of warning, as he is now numbering his calls. Still I havent rec'd anything in writing with such a case number. I have contacted my creditors already and working with offers of settlement.

caller just said his name, David, then said I needed to contact him..."or the attorney that is going to represent you regarding case #2698240". David then told said I could contact him directly at 1-800-214-5325. The caller never said who he represented and my caller ID registered only as unknown caller..no representing company. I have no case# of any kind pending, and I have contacted all creditors to work out settlements. In mentioning "the attorney that is going to represent you", this is intimidation with legal actions are pending .... and nothing has been sent to me about any possible legal action pending. The tone of both his voice and the overall message is very pointed, very official sounding. This too makes the message to sound very important and intimidating.
