It Is a debt collector mostly for repossessed cars!!!!

I was called by Mr. Lee at ext. 1162 and was told that my husband was going to be charged with bank fraud also. It had to do with a car he purchased a few years before we were married. He claimed that he had our address and that this was a serious matter. He also said that he was calling from a "federal phone number". He claimed that we were threating him on the phone which did not occur. I probably have not heard the last of him.

Marcus Lee from this number called and stated he would get me fired for defrauding a bank and that I would be served at work.  I get phone calls from them each and every day.  I have a cease and desist order from the debt organization I belong to and they still continue to call.  How can this be stopped?

Caller's name was somewhat garbled but it did sound like "Caleb Smith". The message was so****ing about being a reference. It smells like a debt collection service.

This is Caleb Smith from CIT. He has illegally and repeatedly called my landlord. Now he is repeatedly calling my cell. I will advise CIT in writing, in Oklahoma, to communicate with me only in writing.

very strange calls my brothers house once a week. Caleb states to my brother i have apllied for a a line of credit and listed you as a reference. Will not give any more info than that . Very shady doings.
