No phone call was made, but noticed the $0.15 charge to my account today with a reference to this number and ACM name.

An unauthorized charge was made to my checking account.

I received a charge to my checking account by this company. This was not authorized by me.

Got a ten cents charge in my checking account, and i'm afraid they'll do it a***n for a larger amount... i have no idea who ACM are.

They have called me repeatedly, and for the wrong person no less. When they asked for the person they wanted and I replied by saying they had the wrong number, the person became very rude and in fact resulted in yelling at me and then proceded to **** up on me. I do NOT want them calling me and I have told them that repeatedly, but still they call.

Said call back M-F 9AM to 9PM at. Said repeated efforts to contact were avoided and that need for response was urgent. Britishish lady's accent.

Oh my goodness, I thought I was the only person getting these crazy phone calls. I finally googled the number to see who it was and came across this message board! They drive me crazy calling me a 10 times a day and they always **** up after the first ring!

I received a call from this number on behalf of a client of mine. The caller said she was calling on behalf of Discover Card. I am a bankruptcy lawyer and to ensure that all creditors receive notice, I send notices not only to the creditor but to the collection agency as well. When I asked the caller for her company's address, she ***g up on me!

Keep getting calls from them.. Tried to answer three or four times but get a dial tone (answering within 3 rings). Called back and got some unintelligible response.

call the number back and leave annoying voicemessages so that they understand how irritating the automated voice is.

by this same phone #. Strange to say, every pm I get home - this # is on my caller ID and "a male" is leaving a messages on my ma****e. #1- they don't even know if they have the right phone # and #2- they are asking for some "Mohammad" person. Why would you leave personal info on someone's ma****e not knowing if its the right person. Hopefully- if I don't answer, the would get the picture.

This number called me at least one time every week. Since I know it is not a good number, I have never picked up.

Margaret Wiles was the name left with that phone number. She said she was calling about a formal legal claim about a pending judgement a***nst me. She needed me to call her to set up an appointment. I don't know but I also think it is a collector who bought my account which was charged off as a bad debt.

A woman by the name of Thelonda has called twice in 2 weeks advising she is trying to get hold of a possible relative of ours. The individual is an uncle who lives a few towns away and whose number is listed. She had been calling him & he told her not to call anymore so now she's calling us.

They left a message looking for someone, hey don't be calling me I do not owe you anything..Bad-bad !!!

a call from southwestern agency, saying they are collecting a debt. i have medical insurance and have had since 2003. been getting the call several times a day throughout the week. i answer and most of the time i **** up. i just answered and the lady said that i need to make a payment or im getting sued. i just ***g upthe phone.

I do not now who these people are but are constanly calling me..anytime in the day or night. This has to stop and hope they get penalized for harrassing people. They repeated call and no one is there.

It will be great if the owner of this phone get their phone books and shoved where it fits bes., I am very tired of this phone calls at all times of the day, and the manner of this call, this is a problem in which government should take manner into their hands and stop all this nonsense. Use our tax money into so****ing useful like fixing problems as this one, etc.. not on other projects that have no use for our country in any way. Someone please stop this madness. It will be appreciate greatly.

They call early am throught the day even weekends. They never leave msg., no company name shows on caller ID, just toll free and the number. I signed up for the "Do not call list". I thought that these type of calls are now illegal.

I've been receiving phone calls from this number from 8 AM until 6 PM, about 20 calls a day, 7 days a week. We DO have a Capital One auto loan but our payment is only a few days past due. We've been late before and never had this sort of harassment. This is unbelievable.

Caller "Jay ***nnon" leaves automated, repeated messages asking that the call be returned.

its a collection agency not telemarketing.. either you owe a bill or someone who was once****ociated with your number did. And NO they cannot say they are bill collectors so dont bother asking, else risk more wasting of both your and their time.. just tell them its a wrong number and you dont know that person.

1 is for a collection agency out of Knoxville, TN but they use a Michigan mailing address? They are Frost-Arnett Company.

This company calls through out the day non-stop, calls after 9 pm mean nothing to them. They don't stop calling even after you request them to. When you request who they are representing they mumble so you can't catch the company name.

Yes, they have been calling my home phone number DAILY about three or four times - they will not leave a message except for "hello??" on my answering ma****e (a ****** thing to say on a MA****E). I have yet to speak to them and after reading the above testimonies I don't think it would do any good if I did. I am on donotcall.gov and have been on for the past 31+ days so I can FINALLY lodge a complaint and have it investigated. Good luck to the rest of you.

This number calls all of the time, no one answers when I pick up the phone. I have even just picked up the phone and not said anything, ususally if oyu do that you will hear someon on the other end say*****o or so****ing - but there is nothing! Who are these people and why are they calling?

Have you tried calling back? You probably owe them money. If not, tell them to stop calling.

Constantly calls saying they are from Washington Mutual. Never left a voicemail except for once giving me a website so****ing canhelp.com along with a number 1

I also receive many calls from them. I checked the number online on whitepages and it says it's a cell phone from Sprint. Kinda weird if it was a true business.

If you want to report them, get in touch with your state banking commission. Especially if you have told them to stop calling and they continue, or they are swearing and threatening you. I worked for a mortgage company that got leads from agencies like this, and****et is the worst. They re-activate old accounts and prod people into paying on debts that are long out of the statute of limitations. But most people don't know this, so they pay, which renews the debt and s****s running their credit down a***n. Please report them every chance you get.

If I pick up the phone, I get a recording, "Please hold for a very important message - all our agents a currently unavailable".

Finally after weeks and weeks of getting calls from the ***** of dawn until 9 at night and then leaving this message to call 1 - I finally got through and it is World Zen a collection agency (as posted above) -- They leave messages all hours and in the evening when I got home I would call and get ***A but if you call during business hours (although they call 10 times a day and night) and give them your number they will tell you who they are looking for in my case it was for someone else but had linked by name to my number. So we shall see now if the phone calls stop.
