This woman called me on my cell phone indicating that she had a claim a***nst me from some bank. I asked her to identify the bank and when, she said in 2007 I signed a contract with them. I immediately informed her she was incorrect, I had never heard of her bank, and I did not sign any contract for anything in 2007, I know this to be 100% true, so I asked her to mail the info. She rudely replied she would not mail me anything, she would indicate a refusal to pay and send it to the court and an officer would appear on my doorstep the next morning with a summons. Now I know a collections agency cannot threaten you, and the matter is between you and them, I had broken no laws, so the police would not get involved. Waiting to see who knocks on my door tomorrow.
