He called me and said he was collecting on a Ford Motor Credit balance due from 2004.  He said that Ford had charged off the debt, but they had put him in charge of collecting on the account.  He s****ed telling me about how he was calling to collect information so he could make recommendations to his legal department.  He said that he was going to tell me what was going to happen to me.  He said the taxes on this old dept needed to be paid, he would file a 1099, so****ing or other form, with the IRS and that they would come after me aggressively to collect the taxes.  I have never heard of a collection agency using the IRS to collect on a debt, wow.  He also said he would put a sheriffs tale on me, and they would come into my business and take items to settle the debt.  After ****ing up on him when he said this was not a threat (?!) I got a call from someone calling themselves Mr. Segal, I asked for his first name and phone number, he just said Mr. Segal, and that I should contact Ford Credit and they would verify the debt and the fact that they had put him in charge of collecting on it.  My girlfriend then called the number, the person that answered would not give their name or company name but said that they worked for a lot of companies.  Kind of "I'll tell you if you tell me first"  Caller ID would not identify them except that it was a call from Out Of Area.

He called me and said he was an attorney for CRS and****ociates.  When I asked him if he was the attorney he got very rude and s****ed attacking me.  Thats when I went off and told him his tactics won't work on me because I am in the industry.  He told me at first that he couldnt take payments but then was willing to take 300 down and 100 a month.
