We got a call saying they were 'refunding' an 8.43 charge on our phone bill (we have no such charge yet but based on others reports I suspect a bogus charge in this amount will appear shortly!).  Refused to identify themselves other than to say they were 'Billing Services'.   I notified AT&T who are aware of them but say that although they know it is scam they are required to allow other 'operators' to offer their customers services.  I am filing a complaint with the PUC.

I also got a call from them.  They said they were refunding an $8.43 charge on my phone bill.  They refused to say who they were except "Billing Services"  I have no such charge yet so now wonder if their scam is to try to charge me $8.43.

Yes, it is a fraud company.  File a complaint with your phone co and refuse to pay any charges.  Also notify your public utility commission.

I've been trying to call these grifters and tell them that I never requested their services.  All I get is "Thank you for calling.  Goodbye"  Somebody close them down!!!

i was billed for 10.39 on 11-23-09 for a collect call that i did not receive.  i was not even home at the time the call was to have been received.  the call came from gra***ahil ca. 818 831-6652. i called att and they said that the charge would be removed and to subtract it from my bill.

These people originate the call over the internet.A charge of $8.60 is charged to my phone bill by this toll-free number

They (BillWithUs, Inc.) charge us outside business hours.  What a scam.

Just got billed $8.43 on my ATT bill for Transaction Clearing.  It says for VOICE MSG SVC SETUP.I also got charges for ID Select Security INC. for $13.82.  These are both scams and fraudulent. Why is ATT allowing them to do this? It makes no sense. I'll deal with it tomorrow during business hours but I am very frustrated with this. This is crazy!
