This is legit. My husband requested a new card and I got an alert to verify it. It's all automated and they don't ask for any personal info. I had forgotten I signed up for Chase Fraud Alert as this is the first time I ever got a call from them.
No worries....It's an automated call from Chase Card services fraud detection. Notified me of an address c****e to my account (which I requested). Good work, Chase!
1-800-216-2032 is definitely Chase Fraud Detection. They called today & left a message reporting a questionable debit to my Chase Freedom Card &asked that I return their call.I was sceptical, so I called the customer servicenumber on the back of my Chase Freedom Card &the lady at Chase verified that 1-800-216-2032is the number for their Fraud Detection Unit.(The debit turned out to be legitimate).

This number is from Chase credit card. In my case they were calling to alert me that my card was used on an internet transaction.
