Michael, you are rude and ignorant. Good for you if you can pay all your bills before the due date, but wake up and look around. Many people don't even have jobs these days. Count your blessings rather than looking down on people that are struggling. Citi is awful. Doesn't matter if you made payment or not, they will continue to harrass you over and over. We pay late each month because of how our paychecks come in. We have told them this and asked them to c****e our due date, which they won't, even though they can see we pay the same time each month and do not miss any payments. They are so unprofessional, and you're lucky if they speak english. A non-english speaking person from Citi called me on the day my mother died. I told them she just passed away, and they said they didn't care, they would continue to call until they received payment. How awful is that... I wish we could pay this bill before it's due, as perfect Michael indicates, but in these times, we're happy to be able to pay our bills, as many many other people cannot do that. I no longer answer their calls. Ignore!
I am never late with my payments and these annoying ******s STILL call incessantly, I sure would like to feed their computers a virus.
My payment to Citi is due on the 18th. of every month. My electronic payment goes out to them on the 16th. of every month, yet I get these HARASSING phone calls every month beginning on the 20th. The idiots at Citi tell me it may take up to 5 days for my payment to post. Well it sounds like the IDIOTS at Citi to to upgrade their system! My bank tells me that Citi has MY money on the 16th. of every month in their account because it IS an ACH transfer. I'm not going to give Citi my money that is drawing just a little interest any earlier.Is there anyone to contact that can stop this madness? What happened to grace periods? And the funny thing is, I have overpaid them and the payment due is less than the regular payment, AND THEY STILL CALL! What IDIOTS!

My payment is divided into 4 payments and automaticaly sent from my bank account weeky to Citi, I get 5 to 8 calls from 8am to almost 9pm almost everyday even on Sunday's. They tell me that my payment is late and that I can not pay my payment that way. It does scew their computer system up paying it that way. They are alway removing late charges after long arguements with supervisors. I will never have another account with them. My Credit Union is not like that...

It is not legal for them to contact you at your place of employment. If you have asked them not to call you work remind the caller of this next time and threaten your own legal action
Same story as everyone else.... one day late-----and they s**** calling @ 8am . What happened to the 10 day grace period. They are desperate losers. This is serious harrassment.....

Totally Current with my payments, even ahead and receiving these calls. From 8 in the morning to past 8 at night. Only has left a message once and it was cut off as to who was calling. Talk about annoying!

Automated caller keeps calling repeatedly sometimes more than 50 times per day.
CitiFinancial has been great about working with me during a really rough financial period in my family's lives. I can only say that I wish that they would stop calling me at WORK. I have asked them repeatedly NOT to call me at work. I could get fired, which really won't help me pay my bills! I know that I owe them money. I get that. We have always paid our bills before my spouse was injured at work and lost his income. I would pay it if I could. I don't run away, I try to talk to my creditors and let them know what is going on. But, I am less likely to want to work with someone who is jeopardizing my livelihood.
Citi Financial are terrible, I wish I never had a loan with these people. Payment was mailed 4 days ago. Was due on Friday. They called at least 6 times while I was home on Sa****ay stating they have not received the payment yet. And when they call the phone can ring up to 18 times per call. And they wanted me to make a payment to them on the phone, even though I have paid. I asked them to cancel my payment sent in mail. Reply Oh! we can't do that, so your telling me I will make to payment to you for this month and next month, yes that is correct. I told them to wait for my payment in the mail. Ok then, we have the right to keep contacting you until we get your payment.
I am NOT late on my payments. They set up a two month deferral for me due to financial reasons after I made pmt to bring my account current. The number calls me atleast 7 times a day, while I am at work. They act like ******s when you call back and never look at notes made on the account... why do I have to remind EVERY time of what is SUPPOSED to be going on and who I spoke with >????? !!! STOP PESTERING ME !
Maybe ya'll should make your payments on time and quit blaming the ones you owe the money to. That's why you are with Citi in the first place. If you made your payments on time, you'd be financing with a credit union. Always someone else's fault...

This number has called me 4 times today and it is not even 5pm yet! My car payment was due YES****AY - yes, I am ONE DAY LATE!! They will receive the payment tomorrow (it is automatically drawn out of my account on the 25th). I have talked to them in the past and explained this. Even after telling them a payment has been sent, they will still call another 2 or 3 times that day. These people are HORRID and harrassing! There is no need to call that many times AFTER being told a payment has been sent!!
I received 2 2second messages, they were speaking spanish but there was so much static i couldn't make out what exactly they said

They call several times of the day. This is beyond annoying!!! Next time I will call the PUC and file a complaint.
They called 5 times yes****ay speaking Spanish and I do not speak Spanish.
I am now 2 days late on my carnote they have called me 5 time before I spoke with them and made arrangements well now they have called only 4 times since we made the arrangements on yes****ay next time i will look really good for my auto finance. no more subprime lenders for me.
