This guy that sound very much like a ****stani or Asian accent, Said his name was Daniel Moore and that to take care of this matter to send him $100.00. What bothers me is that he knew my full social security number and even knew where I banked but couldn't even tell me the last 4 digits of my bank account let alone who the name of the company I took a loan out with. I kept asking him if they went by another name cause I had just recently filed bankruptcy so I really thought this was one of the pay day loans i had  put on my bankruptcy. Called my atty and he said that it sounds like a scam and to tell them to go ahead and take me to court. SO i did and he got very ANGRY saying he was gonna make my life miserable i said go ahead cause i can prove i never took no payday loan out in Feb 2011 when I had just filed for bankruptcy in Jan 2011. What do i look like i am that dumb to put myself back in trouble a***n? I Dont think so

This is a scam, they bought your information from an online source.  Possibly if you ever applied for an online payday loan.I call the number and ask for contact information and they **** up

Received a call at my job from an Indian guy telling me about a legal matter/claim a***nst me and making threats that someone will come to my job and home and it will be big trouble for me if I do not call him back. If I wait too late, he says I will be sorry.

I have been receiving calles like this off and on for several months. I have forwarded the information to an attorney friend of mine. When they call, they either get no answer or whomever answers the phone ****s up. I am really getting tired of being harrased by these people. So****ing needs to be done, they need to be stopped. I suggest that no one fill out any application for anything via the internet.
