I think i made a mistake! Same people called me at work. And i wasn't sure how to get rid of them so i kept saying "ok", "yes". However, they have our old address, and when she was confirming it to me i lied and said yes that's the address.And after i heard that recording thing (which wasn't not clear anyway), i said "yes". Though, at first when i answered the phone, i told them that i can't decide on the phone bill i am just a secretary, and she told me that its ok i don't have to be the owner to decide.Am i in trouble? I know i won't receive anything in the mail since its the wrong address. And i won't be able to call them a***n to cancel anything they charge us!
They called us too, what can we do ,noone answer with this number!!!
Calling 2 -3 times a day. We have auto attendant, so they never get a 'real' person. However, they are tying up our line while they are trying to get someone to talk to them.

SCAM - Act like they are sending out info
they called us repeatedly and wanted us to give them our name, full address and credit card/bamk info. Were very rude and demanding! I told them to not call us and to remove us from any of their and their****ocites lists and to not use our ibfo in any way or transfer it in any way.
calls come in daily to verify address, so they can ship information...seems like a scam
Said they needed to verify our business address because what was shipped had been returned. Since our office had just moved that part was believable. I was transfered to shipping where I refused to give the guy my last name and he couldn't confirm what they were shipping was from our regional office. He ***g up on me. I tried to phone number back and keep getting a busy signal.
They called my work and had our old address. I asked if they were calling for the company I work for and was told I was being transfered to shipping. When I refused to give my last name the guy in shipping ***g up. I did *69 on the phone to get the 800-220-1327 phone number but always get a busy signal when I try calling it back.
THEY SAID THEY'LL BE MAILING SOME ADVERTISING INFO AND BROCHURES TO OUR BUSINESS, SAID THEY'LL JUST TRANSFER ME TO POST OFFICE TO CINFIRM THE ADDRESS. THE PERSON ASKED ME FOR MY LAST NAME AND KEPT INSISTING AFTER I ASKED HIM WHAT DOES HE NEED IT FOR. AFTER I REFUSED TO GIVE HIM OUT MY PERSONAL INFO HE SAID TO JSUT FORGET IT ANG ***G UP.
Do not say "yes" in any way, shape or form! They will charge you $49.95/ month on your phone bill! Theye asked me to verified the info they had and a minute later a very fast recorded messaged told me how I would be billed monthly. I would have to call a number to stop the service. The number they gave me is disconnected.
Same as the other comments, only the one who answered the phone was not the usual office manager and the caller got irate with my employee.

once asked why everytime i asked a question he s****ed the recording over a***n the so-called supervisor said they only have so much ****e on the recorder and that is what he is told to do. i told hime i wouldnt verify any of my personal info and if he wanted to mail so****ing that it was ok since thats what the said they were trying to do. he said i did not sound like a manager and he would just try back later.

They keep calling me, I cannot get anyone to answer to stop the calls or it says all circuts are busy. How to stop them?
They call our business everyday, wanting to send us information and confirm our address. When I confirmed the address for them, they "transferred" me to another department for confirmation. I didn't have time to wait on this and the call just didn't feel right, so I ***g up. They talk very fast and are hard to hear. After reading the other comments on-line about this company, I'm glad I followed my instincts.
THEY TALK TOO FAST DIDN'T ANSWER MY QUESTIONS CLEARLY AND USED A NAME LIKE THE NAME OF MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. SAID THEY WERE SENDING INFO NO CHARGE. I BELIEVE I GOT TAKEN. TRIED TO CALL BACK SAID ALL CIRCUITS BUSY.

I went through the whole she**** with these people. They say they are from "Advanced Business Solutions" and are sending information on their services. There is also a $60 check that we can apply to our phone bill. I said ok, then they sent me to their shipping department to confirm my address. Then they put me on hold to take me off their do not call list so I no longer get calls from them. I was told to hold on for 30 seconds while the computer processes this request. During that 30 seconds, there is a recording of a lady speaking 200 miles per hour saying that I would be billed 49.99 per month unless I dialed a 800 number that there was no way to write down fast enough. When I returned to the guy, I told him that I was not authorized for any payments on our phone bill. Beware!

Allegedly, a business with "Advanced..." so****ing in the name. Trying to fraudelently bill me for so****ing.****igned a silent ring to this number.

Talks too fast "so I can get back to my busy day" wanted to let me know our company is a preferred listing and wanted to send us a packet of information about local businesses and if I wasn't interested there was no obligation and I could just pitch it... then transferred me to the shipping dept to verify address... also wanted my name (!!) and I told them I was not comfortable giving that out... he said his last name was Harding (like I believe that) and of course the call was 'recorded' - He wanted to also confirm that I was over 18 and had the authority to make decisions on this telephone number and I said no, and of course he said he would have to call back and speak to someone who is authorized... did he ask who that might be? I think we'll be getting some bogus bill in the mail real soon... I hate these people... can't they make a living any other way???

Called my office and told me they wanted to send information to my office and asked to verify my address. Afterwards I was told I would be charged $49.95 a month for their services, even though I didn't order any of their services.
