Leave a CommentPlease remit the full balance of your account ASAP. You may call us back at 800-334-3932 to speak to the next available customer service representative. I have no outstanding bills with anyone.
"YOUR ACCOUNT IS DUE FOR YOUR DOCTORS VISIT" "IF YOU ALREADY PAID THEN PLEASE DISREGARD THIS MESSAGE. They gave a different # 800-334-3932 to call back.
KEEP LEAVING VOICE MAIL SAYING I OWE MY DR MONEY. I DONT OWE MY DR MONEY. SO I CALLED FROM MY WORK PHONE THEY DONT IDENTIFY WHO IS CALLING JUST PUT MY DATE OF BIRTH IN , NOPE NOT DOING IT. IT IS A SCAM.
It just said please call this 800 number to pay your medical bill that is past due.
Call said I had an overdue medical bill and needed to be paid now. No reference to what bill or who.
It was a looped request for me to call immediately about an unpaid "medical bill". We pay all our bills timely and while I had colonoscopy two months ago, that too is paid and wouldn't be in collections by now if it wasn't. Besides, my bills always come by mail from my medical provider and NONE are ever delinquent. I blocked the number.
Doctors office saying I need to pay over due bill. Do not pick up!
They don't identify who they are and give no account number to reference when calling back. Therefore they get no return call
Called 3 times tonight but left no message. I did recently have surgery and reading other posts maybe that is why? I wish they would leave a message though or send a paper bill if my insurance has not covered so****ing.
I just called them back a***n to see if I could get more information out of them. I decided to actually sit through a long hold to talk to someone. I have them my phone number and name and they gave me an account number. I was then transferred to someone else. I gave them my name, account number and phone number (like they would need my phone number). They then asked for my date of birth. I lost my cool and accused the caller of being a scam/after looking up the number here and other places. I asked for the name of the doctor. She said she would discuss it with me if I gave them my date of birth for security purposes. If this was an actual bill collector she would have defended the company, but instead she got all flabbergasted and said I needed to tell her my birth date. I decided to fudge it and tell a wrong one. She entered it and went "Okay, well we have here a debt owed of **X amount of money from July 31, 2012 from Dr someone she couldn't*****ounce." I immediately s****ed laughing and said "yeah that's all wrong." And she goes "excuse me?" and I replied "I gave you a fake birthdate, I know you're a scam now, stop calling me, thanks". She then ***g up on me. It's a fake. Whatever anyone else says on this forum board or any other one, know that this company is a fake. Just go through the steps giving a fake birth date and you'll see what I mean. This Martha person who is going around to all the boards probably works for the company. Don't listen to her.
The number is for a medical billing company, anesthesia business consultants. They do billing for anesthesia/pain docs all over the country. If you receive a call from them it is because you do in fact have a bill. Wheather you realize it or not, most doctors bill for their services seperately. So when you pay your hospital bill, just be aware there may be more bills out there. If you really did not have services, it is possible a patient has given a wrong number. Due to federals laws, information left on ma****es is limited. So this is not a fraud case, it is a behind in your bills case. Deal with it and quit pointing fingers at all the wrong people. Also please note that calls from providers do not qualify for the do not call list. On a side note, you can legally request that calls stop ( which would require you to answer the phone) but that will not stop the bills coming in the mail. Failure to do anything and your account will go to collections and you can just deal with them. Also, a great deal of doctors will discount your bill,. You just have to be willing to answer the phone and ask about it...
This is the billing company for Elgin pain and headache center which also does anesthesia. I got the same answer. When I called they pulled up my account and realized that I had already made a payment. The unprofessionalism of the staff makes it seem like a scam but it is legit.
Caller left a message at my work asking me to call a Viana T Co or so****ing along those lines and left the number 800-222-1422. When I attempted to call, it is a recorded message saying that if I want to meet local singles to call 800-232-5500. I looked up information on that number and it appears to be some sort of ********* line.
Addendum to the above posting: My wife had surgery about a month ago, but we have insurance which I thought had taken care of any costs. If there are additional costs, I wonder why they didn't simply bill us? I have no knowledge of any past due notices.
We received our first attempt today. Since I did not recognize the 800 number, I checked this site, and found out what it was. Great to know, and I appreciate all the postings. They are helpful. This company did not leave a message.
I answered the same recorded call. No identification as to who is calling other that about an unpaid medical bill. I called the phone number and they identified by my phone number. Said the bill was for my wife. She is seriously ill and doesn't talk on phone. They said because if HIPPA they couldn't talk to me. Finally I got gal to give details of the bill. Said it was from 2 years ago for anethesia in a hospital that my wife has not been in. We ended the call.In my youger years, I did debt collection. These people break the rules of ethical debt collecting.
Same as the other posters, I also was not past due, they said it was an error. Call 800-242-1131 as soon as the message s****s enter 4616 Mary St. Johns. Maybe if she gets enough calls she will do so****ing about it.
Thanks for the info Greyhat. We have been getting collection calls for my mother -in-law ever since she moved in a year ago. She recently had surgery which we have not gottn paid off yet , but the operation was in Illinois and the web site says they work exculsively with a group in PA. Interesting. Guess if they want money they need to leave a message.
This recorded call s****s out "we are calling about your anesthesia bill...". We have never had any services provided through this company and it is not utilized by any hospital or medical facility in our area. Following prompts gets you to a point that wants your credit card number. This is an obvious scam and needs to be stopped!
What is the point of making a note here. Is there some place we can really report this to?
http://www.a******.com/AboutUs/index.htmlhttp://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/whois/?tool_id= ... .a******.com%2Fcalled the number and got myself pushed thru to an operator. "This is an anesthesia billing department" is what the gentleman on the other side of the phone told me...Hope this helps someone. The first link is their about us page, the second link shows who registered the webpage and where and such.Cheers Greyhat.
I received a call from them today asking for immediate payment of an anesthesia bill. I do have a few but I'm pretty sure I paid them all. They did not leave the name of the company, date of service, my name etc. If it is legit how on earth am I supposed to know who they are?
I also received a call from this number indicating we owed for services, but no indication of where it was from. When I called, I received the same prompt for an account number. Very unusual
Recieved a recorded message when answering, company claims to be collecting for medical services rendered yet they do not state the name or accountnumber for the person they claim to be attempting to reach. When called back, a prompt asks for your account number. Pretty silly since i don't know who they are and they left no info on said account, possibly a fraud.
Have received calls every day for over a month, from Monday to Friday. Have asked to be taken off the call list. This is harrassment.
Got a call that I had a past due bill - so I just ***g up, as I don't have any. Very irritating as I have been on the DNC listing for years.
Some anesthesia service calling for overdue bill. When did I need anesthesia?? BEWARE....
a courtesy call to let you know that you have a past due bill. Please hit 1 to pay by credit card, hit 7 to talk to a service rep. No one came on the line just a buzzing sound.
