Called me at 10:53 pm on a friday night. Everyone was asleep and thought it was an emergency only to get no answer. Must be west coast based not realizing they were calling New York. I know they have to get into big trouble for this.

This place is more than likely one of these cons where they act like a law firm or collection agency since they only want your information but do not release any information in return. My husband and I refuse to deal with collection agencies since there is too many of these types of cons going around. Ignore the calls or tell them to put it on your credit report.Then get your credit reports for free once a year and go over them then. If there are any errors you can file a with the credit reporting agency to have the item investigated. This usually ends a lot of flack.

I am fed up with these phone calls from this law firm. I have told them over and over a***n that I have NO idea who the person is whom they claim owes someone mega bucks! I am also very concerned about the le***ity of their supposed "work". Each time I have complained, the person with whom I spoke has rudely told me they are NOT a "complaint service", and that I should "Keep quiet and listen to what I have to say to you"!!! Talk about NONprofessionalism!!! If it is at all possible to put these people out of business, I will happily do my best to help accomplish that project! And whatever you do, friends, when you hear (or see) "Out of area" on your phone ID, DON'T answer it. And then, as quickly as you can, erase their recorded message. I doubt if they're intelligent enough to get the idea, but, at least it'll make US feel a little bit better!

I have been receiving messages from this "law firm" for over two weeks. Usually when I answer, I press 0 to talk to a live person so that I can tell them to stop calling and then the message states that no one is available. Last night when they called, I pressed 0 and after a few moments, a guy comes on the line and asks "Are you there"...I state "Yes", he then asks "Is this T****", I state "No" and he proceeds to ask me why I lied when I said Yes to the first question. He then tells me that he has recorded the message and will be turning it over to the local authories...and then just ****s up.What kind of scam is this company running???...and should I be concerned

I had Dish 7 years ago and when I decided to cancel the service and return all the equipment they s****ed getting nasty with me. They tried to charge me for service when I no longer had it and had moved from the residence that did. Now 7 years later I'm getting phone calls from them. The phone only rings once and it comes up unknown caller with the 800 number listed below. When I tried to do a reverse look up to see who would be calling my house at late hours and even on the weekend, I could find nothing until I googled the number. Now they are calling my house all the time. I agree with the other posters, this company has got to be stopped and if it takes a class action to do it, let me know where I can sign up.

This phone number is constantly calling my 85 year old mom, upsetting her by leaving computer messages looking for me using my maiden name or my older sister's maiden name (she hasn't gone by that since the 1960's and I haven't gone by mine since 1977, more than 30 years ago)! My mom is on a do not call list, and this appear to be a scam. Constant harrassment.

I have gotten calls from these people day in and day out. The case they are calling me about was discharge through bankruptcy. I tried to inform the person I spoke with and let them know but they got nasty. I told them it was a matter of public record that the case was file in bankruptcy they can go and find out themselves.The person told me that they wasn't going to do it and I better send in proof to them. I got back nasty and said a few choice words and ***g up the phone. I waited until they called me a***n and I told the person a***n that the case was file in bankruptcty court and don't me back he got smart and I figure I'll give them the same treatment they are giving me. I'm going to call them daily after they call me and show them how annoying their calling me is.

I can't believe this. I was a DISH customer for several years. I paid all my bills. I sent the equipment back in time. All my current bills are paid. And here now I am getting calls from 800-225-5050 about a debt I owe. I have had enough. I am never going to pay one cent to them, and never, ever, will I ever be a DISH customer. And I will tell everyone I know to not use DISH. This is the last straw! During the period I sent the equipment back, I must have gotten 20 phone calls threatening me with collections, saying I would be charged full price for the equipment if not received in time. This company is just the most awful experience I have ever had. What does one need to do to get rid of them? As I say, I am not going to put up with this. This is how they thank me for years of being a good customer. Well, they may think they are the big cheese, I see now the goal is to damage my credit no doubt, this is WAR. Guess what, I am calling the ****** number tommorrow and someone is getting their a** chewed but good. I want to put these people out of business. I am so mad about this I could explode. These people are thieves and s***. So we shall see. I am on a mission now. No one is going to harrass me like this after I did everything I was supppossed to do, paid every bill. What an absolutely horrific, dishonest, terrible company DISH is. Let's see how they like a nice class action law suit. I am embarrassed as an American that DISH exists. These people call repeatedly, at all hours!! They call concerning a bill that was taken care of already and they even confirm my iden***y with my personal and confidential information. How they attained this I have no clue I NEVER gave anyone my permission to give out that info. to other companies. I'm looking into filing charges of iden***y theft, which is a federal felony offence. That might finally get their businees practice straight!! also below are a few of the other number that they use to call from. Call block does not seem to work on any of these numbers so they must be set up through a computer dialer modem.

I got a call from them saying that I owed them money because of a Dish Network bill. I called Dish Network and gave them all my info, name ss# etc. and they can't find a bill in my name. This Riddle and****oc. Law office won't talk to me and won't listen and say they are going to do whatever they have to to get their money.

Unrelenting calls everyday with a recorded message claiming to be from a law firm (so they say) of Riddle and****ociates. They are supposedly looking for a woman (not me) and that if I'm not that person to ignore the call. But they won't stop. They claim the matter has to do with the collection of a debt.

I've been receiving calls from Riddle and****ociates for almost four years now. They stopped while I had unknown calls blocked, but within a day after c****ing my rate plan, they s****ed a***n. They're asking for someone whom I am not. When I tell them—many times over four years—they have the wrong number, I'm told they will remove the number from their list. I told that to two people yes****ay, July 10th, 2007, and still received another call today, July 11th.
