I get a call from this number atleast once a day looking for a Derick ***, as well as other debt collectors, however this is the worst. I got a call today and pressed 1 to speak with someone, I said you have the wrong number can you take my number off the calling list I do not know a derick *** and the rep said, "sir you need to stop lying this is a legal matter and you need to put him on." I said I don't know a derrick *** and if you continue to call my phone and call me a. Liar legal matters will be taken. He replies " sir I don't care what you do this is a legal matter I will not remove your number." And then he ***g up. This is such bs that I, an innocent bystander who lucked out with this cell number have to do with this. I am going to contact the attorney generals office, not that anything will be done. However its a s****.

Man at extension 224 called and threatened my little sister at you home telling her he was going to send the Sheriff and serve the person he was trying to contact, she told him that as per the FDCPA law she was requesting that he not call her number a***n since the person he is trying to reach did not live there and has never lived there. He continued to make verbal threats and stated that she could through away the FDCPA law because he did not care about them. Nice company to work for if the other employees are like him.

Received an extremely rude message saying so****ing to the effect that they were calling in regards to a civil matter...to not "ignore this message" - ah, if you are going to leave me that type of message, guess what - I'm certainly not going to call you back, leaving me a message like that!!

i was used by someone i dont know as a reference and they used my name as marty......i do not and have never gone by any other name than marvin and i do not know the person they are calling for either....i told them the number they are calling is a cell phone that belongs to the company i work for and i am getting in trouble for these calls and they still keep calling

Advance Recovery Systems-They are looking for my daughter who is an adult. The matter is unknown. I have asked that they remove my number as I am not her. They called a***n after the request. I sent an inquiry to the FCC about the matter.

this 800 number has called me several times with an automated message stating that they have an important civil matter to discuss with "NAME - not my name" and to press 1 to talk to a representative. When you press 1 you go no where and system ****s up on you or tells you they cannot accept messages. Trying to call the number back, only rings without answer!

keeps calling work/home with a fiel number....do not know this number....

Calls repeatedly, sometimes leaves a cut-off recorded voicemail.  Never refers to my name, never refers to what company the call is from/what it is concerning.

this number leaves a recorded message at my work/home with a file number to reference....will not call as I do not recognize

This guy byt the name of Michecl Acres EXT: 230 keeps calling me saying that I owe monies, but he won't say what company that he's collection for, he has a case number and everything. He say's that he's from the claims department.

These people are calling a friendof mine asking for someonewho does not live there.She has her no 40 yrs in PAThis is a scam and she willgo to the atty gen if it doesnot stop.

left message with message number... Said " this is a legal matter and we are getting a warrant for his arrest at 5pm from a Tulare Court".  A threat from a collection agency for "CashCall"

computer call describes "this is a legal matter and DO NOT ignore this phone call".  They leave the number listed with instructions to call back with a given case number.  Really appears to be some type of scam.
