I received the same phone call regarding a loan modification.  The appropriate agency to contact is the FCC.  File your complaint at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm.

Got a message on my ma****e saying "We see you're having trouble making your mortgage payments. Please call us at (above) phone number to modify your mortgage loan."  I called back and asked him how he got my phone number and he wouldn't say.  Said he was with some company called "Modification Corporation" in Atlanta, GA.  He ***g up on me.  SCAM

I received a phone call from Patrick White 1-800-228-0826 indicating that I requested a loan modification because I was having trouble making my mortgage payment.  He never identified where he was calling from and asked that I return the call to work out a mortgage payment that would fit my budget.

A telemarketing scam well do***ented on other scam sites. This guy left a message calling himself Patrick and saying they had received my "request for a loan modification program" because they "understand you are having trouble making your mortgage payments." I made no such request, and do not have a mortgage.

I repeatedly receive calls from these individuals "Patrick White," saying that I requested loan modification information and that I am having difficulty paying my mortgage.  Total fabrication.  My caller ID says TFZLLC 1-213-363-5124, but to call 1-800-228-0826 for more information.  How can we stop this?

We received this call and it is a lie.  Our home is and has been paid off for the last 10 years.  Scam caller at 800-228-0826.  They will be caught.

Had one call left on tape,two days in row,claiming I had requested loan modification-"SCAM"- have been lucky to pay cash for all homes bought so far.Call back number left : 1-800-228-0826.If I have third message left on tape am signing complaint with this state's Attorney General and down the same street the United States Attorney General signed complaint also.

Received call from Patrick Wi(??) of "loan modification department" saying he received my request for a loan modification on my home mortgage.  Didn't say what company he was with.  Actually we were c****ing our mortgage but are not in any kind financial bind at all.  Suspected SCAM immediatly and went online to check.

We have received numerous calls from this company stating that we contacted them and that they understand that we are having trouble making our mortgage payments.  Both of which is completely untrue.  They leave messages on our ma****e about us having trouble making our mortage payments.  Our children and any others in the room have to listen to these lies.

Same as above.  Patrick White called, regarding my loan modification.  Of course, he didn't identify his company name on the voicemail.  ...and of course, I didn't apply for a loan modification.CallerID was not available.

"FZ LLC" was on Caller ID.
