no one called me, i called them to complaint about a charge in my credit card for services not rendered, because i never got what they offered in the first place, the agent was very nasty an an-whilling to cooperate. His name was Richard and he claimed that because i didn't called by the 7th day AND TODAY is the 7th day, they would not credit my money back into my credit card, total of $84.27. THIS IS A SCAM.

This company is a scam. They don't record the phone calls you make to cancel but charge your card each month even after giving you a cancellation number. Then we were told to email the billing dept for our refund- they never responded. the Vegas BBB has 409 complaints, most unresolved. The phone number is registered to a small plaza or house with over 20 businesses operating out of it. BIG SCAM!

Hace par de semanas se comunico conmigo una operadora de su compañia para ofrecerme supuestamente una guia de algo de becas, como mi hijo va para la universidad pense que era algo serio y le di el telefono ya que yo no entiendo mucho el ingles y el si. La persona me dijo que me iba a llegar por correo unos CD o una informacion por la cual debia pagar 2.95, acepte y di mi numero de tarjeta de credito, tres o cuatro dias despues me di de cuenta que me habian retirado de mi cuenta los 2.95 + 49.50. Lo cual no autorice en ningun momento. Me he comunicado al costumer service pero no toman el telefono. Volvi a llamar me cancelaron, pero no me pudieron dar mas informacion sobre el retiro de los 49.50. Por este medio hago la reclamacion oficial de mi dinero. Pienso que esto es un fraude

I Tammy Dixon got a phone call about getting grant money i did not receive cd she told me that it was a application to feel out. and she also didnt tell me about 7 day and that to cancell membership. and also did not tell me that it was going to cost me $49.50 i would this resolved soon also my husband talked to her she was very pushy Thank You Tammy Dixon

they **** 2.95 out of my account on jan.20 then **** another 0.09 out the same day and have not heard or received anything form them i would like them to take me off of there list if there no going to help me out and please but my money back in to my account. if you would like to contact me my number is (740)375-5692

Do not be fooled! Grant Research Guide aka Grant Instructor is a scam for sure. I received a call was rude the first day and truned down the so called grant package full of "all the forms I needed to submit a grant". After doing so I came across a scam page and who was listed......Grant Instructor! I saw a complaint that was similar to mine and they cancelled their debit card, and that's what I did. They didn't get anything other than $2.95, but the scheme behind it is enough to make wonder who thinks like this? It is terrible and I pray God has mercy on them, soon they will be exposed, very exposed! I called all of the numbers I could find for these people and left a few messages. None of the numbers worked, one puts you on hold, the other one is just a voicemail. So I left a few nice messages. I received an email confirmation listed under a completely different name that my service with them had been cancelled and they gave me a confirmation number. (The e-mail was from Bella Sorenson at the research guide) @ [email protected] Amazing the minds of people, and the lengths they will go to for money!

this company is a total rip-off and after they get your credit card number they charge additional charges to your account..

these people claim you can get government grants by using their non existant web site.. they also claim you can cancel anytime.. but they charged my credit card 3 times for the same amount.. and i would love to get a hold of a real person.. but all i get is a recorded message.. and then a place to leave my call back info.. this is a scam.. and i got used.. fantastic... there has to be some legitimate way to access government money.. i have seen the loans when i went to apply for schooling.. I knwo they exist.. but accessing them seems to be impossible.. I have even asked people in government offices if they really exist.. and have been told yes.. but how to get them? no one knows.. best kept secret on earth.. beware of people like the ones listed above.. they rip you off..

This company itself as an company that sold Grant Search Software. There was a one time fee of $2.00 and some c****e. These people are taking over eighteen dollars a month. I've tried the number that with the Dics they sent me and I get a busy signle every time.
