Leave a CommentTHIS IS A BABY COMPANY OF TRIAD FIN CORP, I AM ON THE "DO NOT CALL LIST" BUT I DO HAVE A CAR LOAN WITH THEM (HIGH RISK).BECAUSE I HAVE A LOAN WITH THEM, THE FED. TRADE COMM. SAYS THEY CAN TELEMARKET *****E BAD PART IS IT WAS AM SUN. MORNING,AND THE MOTHER COMPANY DENIES IT.
Triad is a very bad company to do business with for sure. If you are 1 day late they will hound you even after the payment has been posted. I have only been 1 day late in 4 years and they will call me 4 to 8 times a day and after the payment has posted then for the next two or three days they will still call 2-4 times a day. When you tell them the payment has posted they tell you it does not matter they can call you as much and as offen as they want and there is nothing you can do to stop them. I know I will never use them a***n.
Triad huh? Though I do have an account with them, I got the message that it was out of my calling area when I tried calling back. Probably because they called at 8 a.m. on a Sunday morning...isn't that a***nst the "rules" they have to adhere to?
If you have an account with them it is for setting up reoccurring payments and such.

This person/place/thing keeps calling my number and try's to leave a message, but it only catches the part "Thank You." Are they ******ed?
