They will not stop sending faxes!
FYI: When you google this phone number you get a bunch of listings for the Fort Lauderdale, FL area for things such as entertainment info, Seniors Connection and real estate info. It must be all old former owner info as this number IS printed on all these junk faxes and it does answer as this health Care Plan Scam.

Junk fax for the usual healthcare plan scam. At the bottom of the fax there is an extremely small disclaimer that no payments are made for medical service providers. just "discounts". No business address, license number or fax.
