Calls repeatedly on a daily basis.

November 27, 2008 Disputing charges and requesting full reimbur*****t I have made phone calls, sent letters, endured hours of being on hold and being transferred from department to department trying to convince someone in your company that you have made a mistake that amounts to stealing and has cost me a sum of money. I consider myself a typical consumer and frequently visited your stores to shop for my two children who are eleven year old twin girls. The incident in question happened on August 23, 2007, as we shopped for back to school clothes at location on Interstate 35 in San Marcos Texas. I purchased $110.20 worth of merchandise and proceeded to pay the cashier with $150 in Traveler’s Checks. After fumbling with the travelers checks for several minutes and trying to figure out how to use them, another cashier approached and said, "we don't take travelers checks.” I then made the purchase with cash and proceeded on my merry way back to Dallas where we live. The following week, imagine to my surprise, when I took the very same $150 Traveler’s Check to my bank to re-deposit them into my account, I was told by the bank that they had already been cashed by Limited Too! Thinking this would be a fairly simple matter to correct, I called the store and outlined the sequence of events expecting to be told that it was all a misunderstanding and I would be reimbursed right away and thank you for shopping at Limited Too, etc, etc… I was very disappointed that after hours on the phone calling number after number I was basically told “we cannot help you.” Here are some of the numbers that I was told to call but I received no satisfaction from anyone: (512) 805-8663, and to

My number is both unlisted and on the do not call list, both Federal and state. The call was a recorded announcement of a sale of $2.00 off at 10:13 EDST Friday August 29, 2008.

Calls numerous times a day, No one says anything on the other line, just remails silent. Very Annoying!

As the caller in the beginning of this thread mentioned, call the number back and follow the voice prompts to remove your number from the database.

They didn't leave a message.  I've purchased from the Limited Too ONCE. Is that why I'm getting calls?  I don't even have an account with them.  Unbelievable!  These calls are getting way out of hand now!

Recorded message from Limited Too. I have never shopped there, but I have returned stuff to Limited (they request your phone number when you make a return) and I have a Victoria's Secret credit card (which is a Limited company). I imagine that's how my number ended up in their database. Anyway, I called the number back and selected 2 to be taken off their list. Hope it works.
