Leave a CommentThey claim to be time warner but does not leave messages, keep calling a few times a day s****ing from July 2012 (so 2 weeks now); they tried to sell additional upgrades and will not take no for an answer, very annoying. I doubt they are time warner.
Okay, so this is a SCAM, this number kept on calling me 2-3x a day for the last 1-2 weeks and left no messages. I was very annoyed! I called them back and after ONLY ONE ring, they answered and asked ME if I were so and so (I have not even said anything and thought was weird that they would answer in one ring like they were waiting for me to call them back); they also claimed that they are Time Warner and want to verify my account services. I told them I want to call them back. So I called the official number posted on time warner website and the REAL time warner customer service person tried to look up reasons why time warner would be contacting me and he found NONE, and he also tried to look at this number 800 255 1934, and did not find that as any departments in time warner. HE ALSO TRIED TO LOOK UP IF THIS # IS ADDITIONAL PROMOTION/UPGRADES, BUT IT IS NOT. DO NOT give them any information, this is NOT time warner.
