This was a robo-call letting me know that Alliant was going to be doing some tree trimming in the near future.
....also...in regards to calling nieghbors...the nieghbors are being called to see if there is still anyone residing there before a disconnection were to happen that may affect the residence over the winter months.AE does have to do this because the WI Public Service Commision says they have to in order to establish that the home if vacant has been winterized to prevent damage from freezing pipes.
None of the "collections" calls from Alliant Energy are outsourced as previously stated.
I think it is very inappropriate for your collections people to call neighbors and ask if they still live in a home, or if they have moved out.I don't need these kinds of calls
This is collections--Alliant Energy, WI, IA, MN Ā 76 numbers from call banks--outsourced at private call centers
