Leave a CommentA deceased friend had an old unused Spiegel Incentive gift card, and this number was on the back of that card. Wanted to check if it still had any value, but when I called the number I got an automated response saying the call was being recorded, and the voice asked, "can you hear me ok?". That is a clear sign that the number that had once been legitimate was now being used for scamming.
