Jonathan Zane, you sneaky dude.  People have got your number and your name and what you're up to. It's pretty cool to read on here how we great receptionists keep people like you from bothering our hardworking attorneys.  You must think we're all dumb blonds or so****ing.  It was great to read that my ***ch was correct.  I didn't put you through to any of our guys either and I'm glad I held my ground--and will continue to hold my ground if you choose to call back.  And to all you receptionists, like myself.  Keep up the good work.  If only our employers knew how good we really are.

Got a call from this number from a Mr. Lawrence Jones, trying to present himself as an a representative of a law firm. He was quite rude  with a terrible british 'sounding' accent.  Was upset that he couldn't get to speak directly with an attorney.  Advised him that this was not a partnership, and that the individual attorney's don't have authority to make marketing type decisions.

I've warned my paralegals about these people...they are exceedingly rude and persistent...as the receptionist, I've been given carte blanche to deal with them.

Jason Clark is name that was used to call our office. This guy was EXTREMELY rude when I called him back because the attorney didn't return his call. When I tried to explain that the attorney asked that I return his call, that this was our procedure for****ential new clients, he ***g up on me! We would never do business with a client or anyone who acted this way despite the fact that it is obviously a scam!

Same call today from Dean Evans ... 800-255-6987.

I screen out numerous calls from a "Dean Evans" asking me to call him back at his extension if I do personal injury.  Sounds like I'm not alone in thinking this quacks like a scam.

Posed as someone recently injured (said accident was last week)and asked to speak to the attorney.

Guy just called asking if our firm handles personal injury.  I said typically no, we do criminal defense but it depends on the case.  He asked to set up an appt with the owner, and I told him I was the Office Manager and I could help him. He was then very rude and said he did not want to make an appt unless it was worth his while.  I asked him what it was about, and he said he wanted to transfer new matters to our office.  I asked if he was an attorney, he said no.  I asked him where he was calling from, and he said "injury solutions."  I told him we weren't interested, but I would take his number anyways, and he said "no i will find another firm" and ***g up.Scam.

voicemail said to call Dennis 901 360 0000 ext 326 - google says number is "Capital Funding Group" in Memphis, TN.  Not calling back.

Michael Grant called our law firm from 1-800-255-6987.  He said it was about a personal injury matter and said he would leave his work number for the attorney to call him back.  He left the number 205-967-3634 ext, 324.  I have researched this number and it is a telephone solicitation.

Just got one of these calls... lady asked if we did personal injury, i said depends on the case. Then she said that she had a new personal injury case for me and to call at the number 296-1005. Total scam!

I just received a call from 800-255-6987.  The said his name was John Zane and he was looking for personal injury / medical malpractice attorney for his friend, Bob Binak.  When I placed him on hold for a while and then picked back up his call, I told him no one was available and I would take a message.  He left me this number 404-522-5485 ext. 232.  I seriously doubt our firm and/or any other replicable firm would do business with anyone who is not up front with their business solicitations.  This is not the first time I have received a call from this 800 number.  These callers are very rude and think they can scare the person answering the phones to actually put their calls through to someone.
