Have told these idiots numerous times I don't know the people they are calling for. If they keep it up my attorney can file harassment charges on their****! I'm sick of it!!!!!

This is capital one collections. My account is CURRENT with them but they continue to call daily stating my account is in collections. I notified capital one directly if these people call me a***n I would close my account.

Have been getting a lot of calls from this number and have never had a ****ital One account of any kind.

Well i have the same problem u all have. On sat. 07/18/09, i recieved three calls from this freekin number. I did not anwser the call and they did not leave a voicemail. So being su****ious i search the number and found this site. I'm goig to file a complaint.

So since my last posting complaint THEY'VE called my number 4 more times!! & each time I tell them its the wrong number they don't fricken get it I guess they're a bunch of ******s, now I'm really getting p***ed off!!!

I got a call from this number they ***g up & I called back I've had this number for 3 years & they said they were calling for someone that I don't know, so someones giving out a bad number to their creditors I believe. But I know my rights & I told her if she doesn't take my number off their list that I would contact the authorities bout harrassment charges & to be honest she was probably the first creditor that has actually been nice, but well see if I stop receiving the calls or not. Wish me luck lol

We have received calls from this number after 8:00 pm two times last week. When we answer the phone there is silence.

this company has been calling on two different numbers they are wanting info on relatives i will not give info advised these people i will seek legal action 0n them have been very rude warned them not to call my number a***n sofar they have not stopped

I have gotten at least two calls a day from this number s****ing last Tuesday. Never leave message.  Answered once and no one spoke to me--silence.  Have not answered since.  Very irritating.

Have gotten several calls from these *****s regarding someone else. Have tried to explain to them (politely, then profanely) that they've got the wrong number, but they can't seem to get the idea into their feeble little minds.

They keep on calling even though my capital one card is payed up in full, they've been calling and harrassing every family member I have in the phone book, really getting sick and tired of this bs

Been receiving call from this number both morning and afternoon, and no voicemail left.

Simultaneously call my cell phone, then my home phone! I DO NOT have a Capital One card. Where do these people get their information??? I am tired of paying for an unlisted number and a cell phone that these people monopolize.

Caller asked for an unintelligble name.  I asked him to repeat the name.  He asked for a Kirsten *****.  I said there is no such person who has ever been at this phone #.  I have told your company this before.  The last person who called for her said my # was going to be removed.He then asked if I was sure it was the same company.I said are you NCO/Capital One?  He said yes.  I said then yes, you've already been notified that this is only MY personal cell phone and I have filed several complaints.  He said Sorry and ***g up.I've NEVER had a Capital One card (& NEVER will after this) and owe NO ONE money.    This # has been my landline for many years & is now my cell #!I've filed DONOTCALL, FCC, BBB and all other complaints I can think of.  I've tried contacting my service provider (Tmobile) who claims they can't do anything.  I'm now collecting all these calls for the lawyers who run the STOPNCO website.

More DEAD AIR calls.OWE NO ONE MONEY.  NEVER EVER HAD a Capital One card(or will after this harrassment!)Have even contacted Capital One and they've admitted that I don't owe them money & they shouldn't be calling me.Have filed DONOTCALL complaints for every single call, filed FCC complaints, asked my phone carrier for help & am now working with the STOPNCO lawyers  Alex Weisberg to stop this harassment!

I don't know how, but they called my wife's grandmother looking for me.  I called them, and I was greeted with, "Can I have your 16-digit Capital One account number?"  Are you kidding me?  I was already aware that NCO was attempting to collect this, and the account is closed, so I talked to the woman for a couple of minutes, and then she says, "I am unable to talk to you about your account details at this time because our computers are being updated.  Can you call back in about an hour?"  Don't count on it, lady!

I am going to s**** ****ing a whistle in the phone every time they call.Report them to the FTC.gov Previous legal action has been taken a***nst NCO. Everybody needs to report this activity to the FTC so they are made aware of this activity.

This number calls my house from 7:30am until 9:30pm, it is really getting old. If this is Capital One they can kiss it because I don't owe them a dime and do not want a credit card!!! Thing is I am sick of my phone being rung by these non english speaking idiots.

This company has called our residence several times over the past year looking for the previous owner. We've told them that they have outdated information for the person they are looking for moved years ago but they still call. I've filed a complaint with the FTC a***nst them because they obviously do not understand plain english.

Received 2 calls one on a Sa****ay night at 8:30 and one Sunday night at 9pm. No reference number was given, they did no identify our name, didn't identify the caller of the matter at hand.  Called the number back, got an answering ma****e, with business hours, but the calls we received was way after hours.  Very uncomfortable to call back with no ID number or who it is concerning.P.S. Very su****ious....this sounds like a phone scam with them not giving any pertinent information to work with
