Leave a CommentHello Dexter, you are a fraud and this is a scam!!! When these people call DO NOT give them any information. Report them to your state's attorney general's office and the FTC. Dexter is a fake name working for an Indian company trying to scam people out of thousands of dollars. What they are doing is illegal!!
This individual John Baker continues to call and call my work number leaving disturbed and threatning msg requesting to speak w/my manager!!
Hello Everyone,This is Dexter,We understand your concern where you are coming fr****ive us your number and your mailing address with your file number so that we can send you each & every do***entation which you are looking for. Getting call plenty of times in couple of minutes,Yes why? Because its very panicky if a person is taking a loan & not paying back moreover blaming the loan company cant even resist, if you guys are so sure that you haven't taken any loan, why you all are afraid to deal this in Legal way. With Regards,Dexter Campbell.
Gentleman by the name of Glen Smith continues to call daily, yes****ay 12/2/09 6 times to my place of employment. They are threatening to sue me if I don't pay. They have called today as well. Its very annoying and stressful.
I worked very hard to get as much concrete info from these guys as possible. They claim to be the legal department of United Cash Advance. I have never done any business with a company named United Cash Advance. When I went to the website for United Cash Advance, I cannot locate a phone number to call them. Here is the supposed legal address for the people that called me threatening legal action a***nst me:Financial Infraction DivisionAttn: Adam Ryon (Officer in Charge)2253 Carlisle Ln.N. Fort Myers, FL 33917They gave my husband a different address. He could not make out what they said the name of the street was (very bad accents), but the address they gave him was in New Port Richey, FL.It is really scary...they had all of my information, including my full social security number, my bank account name, number and routing number, address, employment, references. Though some of the information was old, I want to know how they got this information in the first place! What really ticked me off was after my husband told them I was not available, they called my son! That's when I got on the phone and pushed to get information. I think they thought if they gave me an address and such that I would send them money. They threatened me with a $4000 lawsuit. I threatened them with a harassment lawsuit.I am calling the Florida State Attorney General tomorrow! It is too late today. Maybe if citizens s**** taking a stand a***nst these kinds of people, we can s**** making a dent in the scam industry.
i have been getting calls from them, i do not owe any debts. i ask them about the debt they have given me 3 or 4 different amounts and different dates of getting money. no do***entation from them, nothing in the mail from a debt collection agency. when i ask why the company itself didn't call me about a debt they get very upset and say good luck i hope nothing bad happens to you. very threatening . i have filed a complaint with the fbi and bbb ... stop calling us innocent people to try and make your living.. get a real job.
FAKE. Calls from India, claiming to be from the "state legal department". They use different American names and read from the same exact script. They call my cell phone many times per day, sometimes 3-4 calls within minutes! They call my work, too. They try different ways to get a hold of me -- my direct line, the company's main line, and going through HR. ANNOYING!!! I made the mistake of calling them back ONCE. I told the guy go ahead and sue me; I'll wait until I get served with papers to respond. Of course, this was over a year ago and NOTHING. Don't give them any information!!!!
I've been receiving calls at work and because our calls get screened, they are denied to be transferred to me directly. Now the receptionist is personally calling me to ask what they should do because they are now getting 10 calls a day. I called them back and they are VERY VERY RUDE...demanding and have no consideration...they have a weird accent and are demanding money that I supposedly owe them? I asked for do***entation and they are not providing it.
Some guy with what sounds like a French accent has called me 4 times in the last hour threatening me that if i do not contact him or have my attorney contact him, good luck... I've seen that others have had complaints about this number. I'm not sure what the deal is but it sounds fishy.
They have called our company for an employee and even after telling them that we don't accept personal calls, they continue to call and harrass.
They called me at work stated they will have legal charges brought up a***nst me when I asked for more detailed information they ***g up the phone.
Call me and harress me at work...but when I call them back...they **** up IMMEDIATELY. I work for the government so they must get "nervous" about seeing the "Federal Government" show up on their caller ID. I say this because I called this number from my job twice and BOTH times they ***g up on me..but when I called from my cell phone...someone answered. They could hardly speak english and there was so much noise and static in the background and there was a terrible echo sound. Definately a SCAM!!!!

Dont buy what these people say it is a total scam, they get your info online if you ever applied for loans or anything online they obtain the info and scare you into thinking you owe them money and threaten to sue you and say that a warrant will go out for your arrest dont by it. Tell them you are going to contact you local F.B.I. office and to leave you alone
It's a collection agency.
