Saying his name is Jim Mccarthy
Calls all the time but never leaves a message. Answered it one time and there was no one there. I thought it was a credit collector but no one answers.
Keep calling and ****s up??????
well*****,,i went to their website on the contact us page and they want all my info!!! seems like that would only make matters worse! I want them to leave me alone now! I guess ill just keep on ignoring them until i get a new phone number.
800 number calls and doesn't leave message
Calls repeatedly. Never leaves a message. Will **** up and then call back a second later. I want them to leave me alone!
Thank you for the information - I have followed your advice. I just hope it works.
calls.press 1 or 2. ask for my husband. refuses to tell me what they want! driving me nuts!
Will not stop calling my cell phone. I have never been contacted by telemarkers until now on my cell phone and I have had it for 5 years. Very annoying. Calling back gives me "affiliated group".
I have received two calls from this number, the first yes****ay asked if I was someone whose name I could not understand and if I was or wasn't to press one or two but I could not understand the recording. The same number called today and asked me to hold the line for a representative and then the call was disconnected. This is very annoying and I would like to find a way to have my number removed from their system as they have no business calling me in the first place.
Yes, today a***n at work and on my cell phone, harassing calls from these idiots. I called their customer service number and requested they STOP calling especiall a work number! We'll see how well they listen. They even left disturbing voice mail messages on the work number and I better NOT loose my job over these people. I don't know them, or what the heck their after, I guess I'll have to inconvience myself a***n and c****e my cell number (IF that works!)
They keep calling and ****ing up. They're usually trying to reach other members of my family that used to stay with me and now there's no one except me living here. So they're harassing ME EVERY DAY and HOURS OF THE DAY!!! I'm getting irate over this!!! I've told them repeatedly that these people don't live here anymore but they keep calling!!!!
Just "yes****ay", 12Jan2008, I c****ed my phone number on my Verizon account. And in a 24 hour period I've gotten three calls from people whom I donot know. Two were 800,877, and one was a text msg from someone stating that they'd paid a $300 bill for me and I needed to reimburse them. Are cell providers selling our allegedly private #'s to debt collectors?
I have received several calls from this number. They are claiming to collect so-called debt on the recording they leave on my voicemail. Rather annoying.
I have no idea why anybody at this number would be calling me. The most annoying thing is that somebody from this number has called once every morning for the past three days. When I answer the telephone, whomever it is who is calling promptly ****s up. IF they have business with me, you'd think they would state it politely?
They are rude and pushy. They called looking for someone who isn't at our number anymore. She wouldn't give a company name just her name and that she had an important business matter for "so and so". I told her he could not be reached here and ***g up. It seems that they are used to getting people frustrated and then the get information. She sounded very business like and official, she was persistant. Plus they called at like 8:45 pm. I am not sure how they can do that job?
I would like to know why they are calling my in-laws and what they want.
Calling a ***nd new tmobile pay as you go phone costing me. Im a kid.
Calls all the time and doesn't stop calling.
KEEP CALLING ME AFTER I REGISTERED ON DO NOT CALL LIST.
This number calls incessantly. They never leave a message.
I used to work for them. If you request to have them not call your cell phone they must comply. They use nationally saved data which tells them of a person's possible location and must follow-up every possible lead. As I currently have business with them and I no longer work there I will say this they are located in Rochester, Minnesota and typically are into Medical Debt or bad checks. If they are looking for someone who's written a bad check then it is usually fraud and people give out fake numbers for checking accounts all the time. A bank will give the full Contact history for the customer so the collector can have an easier tim of contacting them. When a fraudulent number is placed on the checking account it does not get checked by the bank or garantor prior to going to a debt collector. In the end innocent people can end up getting phone calls like this. I know I probably cancelled 2-3 phone numbers a day. In the case of the medical debt it is usually so old the insurance companies will refuse payment or its co-pay thats built up. I personally worked mainly with prescriptions that were billed via workman's compensation claims. Often times it was things like Husband gets injured at work and is picking up prescriptions along with other family rx's which may include so****ing like wifes/daughter's birth control or an alergy medication all which get placed on the workman's comp bill. The worklman's comp meds are paid by a 3rd party company that pays for these and if its not supposed to be paid for then the company is seeking reimbur*****t and since it was billed at full price insurance will not be involved at all leaving the pesron who received the medications liable to pay the bill. These bills are usually 9 months old so they cannot be submitted to insurance which requires submission within 90 days. All becuase the pharmacy technician messed up the billing proccess. The website for them is. http://theaffiliatedgroup.comYou can request them not call your cell on the contact us email.
Repeated Calls
I received call from this telephone number from a woman who Identified herself as, "JUDY BLOOM". I ***g up on her when she didn't state her business.
Its possible I could owe. However they never actually come on the line. Look up fdcpa and quote that term to the next collector who calls. Request no calls to your cell phone and see what happens, consumers have the ultimate right even in a debtors world!
That number is for Affiliated Credit Services, they are a debt collection agency, not a sales or marketing firm. The best way to deal with them is to be calm, being rude to a debt collector will only leave you frustrated in the end.
Horrible people! Left me a message to call back for "credit services" (my credit score is 811 and I have no one chasing me for payment) and the b&^ch on the other end kept insisting that "Jose Martan" (?) lives here or it must be a new number!! NOT. Never heard of Jose, and I've had my number, alone, for 15 years. What can be done??!!
This is getting pretty annoying! First they call my cell phone, now they are calling my in-laws to sell me a morgage or refinance so****ing I don't have. This needs to stop!! I don't need a morgage, I don't want to refinance because I do not own anything, and I and like it that way thank you leave me alone!!
