Posing as Xfinity representative!! I fell for it and don’t know how to proceed. I assure anyone else affected by this pathetic individual that they will be caught. They messed with the wrong one.

This person has acquired key strokes to my phone and access to all of my security cameras. I’m fairly certain they also have my bank information. Please be advised. Do not take calls from this number. I would suggest you call the police and file a report if you’ve been contacted by them and given them any information at all.

I received a call from this number saying that Xfinity was getting multiple reports that my modem firewall security was set too low. I said I wasn't home but if he'd tell me what was needed I would look into it when I got home. He ***g up on me. I realized it was a phishing scam.

I received a call from this number today at 3:04PM EST. The guy asked me, is this (called me by my last name)? He said there was a problem with my firewall. I checked and my firewall is active and there are no problems with it. It's just a scam! However, this number they called from is an actual number for Xfinity. It appears they s****ed the real number to make people think the call is from a legit Xfinity representative. Not the first time I've gotten these scam calls saying there's a problem with my firewall!!!

Keeps calling my wife's cell and leaving messages for someone unknown to us saying that their Comcast bill is seriously overdue. My wife called and explained that we were not the person they were trying to contact. Was told that they only way to stop the calls was to visit out local Xfinity office with proper ID and that ".....maybe the calls would stop." If this really is Comcast it's a pretty lame way to conduct business. Plan on contacting Comcast and my state's Attorney General.

Could be s****ing Comcast or just might be Comcast. Answered one of the calls and there was no one there.

You guys are full of it I've had Comcast since November and they have bent over backwards for me to make my bill affordable. Satelite companies do not do that. With satelite you either have to sign a contract or buy the equipment plus you dont get phone and internet for the price of one plus in bad weather your SOL on TV. I know this I have had both DirecTV and DISH. I was pay 100 bucks just for SD with DISH. With Comcast I pay that for all three with Comcast.

Don't call them here! They send your call to Mexico City or Taiwan. Call Corporate at (215) 286-1700. A real person answers the phone.

i've only had there service 2 months and have had nothing but trouble. i don't feel i should be in such a hurry to pay them for service that is less than professional. when i call them i always seem to get disconnected ....and they dont call back .but b 2 days late on payment and they will call you. even if its sunday.
