Leave a CommentI got a call from this number from Andrea. She says she needs a call back from me or my attorney. Gave me a "case" number. Are they legit? The caller ID says Allied Data Corp. This was last week. I just listened to it today. Have been SUPER busy. They have not called back since last week. Does anyone know if they are a legit company. I see someone posted a website, but anyone can get a website. I can get a website. Maybe I will check with the BBB. Any info anyone has would be appreciated!Thanks :-)
This is a joke of a collection agency Allied Intersate and has called my house for the past 2 years and this strong recording very demanding male voice comes on and says ~this is not a solication call we need a brief or police ? (not sure which word he is stating) statement from you or your legal representative and then leaves this number kinda phony how a collection agency tries to affliate themselfs with real police officers LOL!!! which is 100% illegal in every free state~don't pay them anything or give them any info if it is you they are looking for tell them to mail you a copy of the original bill because they buy old debts for pennys on the dollar and that is how they make money off you~ bypass them and work with the original creditor and stop these *******s dead in there tracks~hopes this helps someone~

SORRY NOT NRA BUT ALLIED COLLECTION AGENCY
RECORDED MESSAGE STATED THAT THEY NEEDED A POLICE STATEMENT FROM ME (ASKED FOR NO ONE BY NAME) OR MY REPRESENTATIVE~KINDA PHONY THEYRE TRYING TO PLAY OFF A POLICE RELATED CALL AND IS PROBALLY ILLEGAL~THEY ARE A COLLECTION AGENCY ( NRA) AND NEED TO BE REPORTED~WHAT IDIOTS!
They collect for AVON, but immediately offered to settle my debt at 30% of what I owed. Although the woman was not overly friendly, she wasn't rude to me either- just efficient. Just answer the phone and find out what they want already.
From looking at some of the other links Google found, Allied Data Corp is a bottom feeder that doesn't let the law get in the way of trying to make a collection.
