Is this really HSBC or a phishing expedition? I do not have an account, so I suspect a fraud artist trying to get information. I will never answer this ****!
Hourly calls!!
This number calls me all hours of the day. And I've recorded up to 12 times. I'm NOT sure why they are calling as I no longer have anything thru them.

Have been calling since March 17th. Call and **** up.When I return the call someone says, HSBC your account number please. I told them many, many times, I have never had an HSBC account. The calls continue. Either a misinformed debt collections department of HSBC or possibly scammers looking for account info? I asked a service representative at HSBC and he said he wasn't familiar with that 1-800 number then transferred me to the HSBC debt collection agency to check with them and a very unhelpful representative Nickie Peterson didn't know if that was one of their numbers and had no interest in finding out. So ????

Wrong Number, stop calling me
Calls almost hourly, says "I have an important call, please stay on the line. All of our represntatives are currently busy" then you hear so****ing like someone is on the other line and then they **** up on you.

HSBC will call asking for money even when we are up to date on our payments! Isn't this illegal?
I have not give my phone ## out to anyone as we have been get too many unkown callers. and my old number was cut off. so we got a new one and it unlisted so how can someone get a unlisted phone number.

Ring Ring.. pick up no msg nor voice nothing.. ring ring ring.. same thing.. So called them back.. spoke to someone Rude and they didn't know why they called.. Ring ring.. 20minutes after I **** up.. ***.. I answered, and didn't hear anyone.. so I said " Making a compliant on this #" **** up.. Whatever.
Calls from like 8:00 in the morning to 10:00 at night. Never leaves a message and calls multiple times within an hour. Very annoying with all the calls and no message to say who it is from.
Calls me several times a day WHILE I'M AT WOR****!! I'm a very busy person and if I haven't answered my phone after the 2nd time, DON'T CONTINUE to be persistant.

looks like my no interest no payment for a year is not. So I guess I was blatantly lied to. do I have the option to take my computer back and get hsbc off my **** back? from now on I'm gonna look into who these store credit cards are through.. hsbc is not a very good bank if they have to resort to doing buisness this way.. Keeps calling...silence when you pick up...then ****s up or puts you on hold saying "your call is important to us". Don't even have any debts!!! SO ANNOYING!!!
this number called me and i told them they had the wrong number and they said that they would remove it and they did!! i think its a matter of not just ****ing up and actually talking to them. plus they were really nice and polite about it

I bought a cell phone for my daughter last week and this was the first number that s****ed calling as soon as the line was activated. My daughter would answer but the person on the other end just ****s up. SO after 4 days of annoying phantom calls I decided to call them back. I got ***g up on first, then I spoke to a person with poor English who informed me they were looking for some called Erica. I asked them to remove the number from their calling list but she kept asking if she could speak to Erica. I was like "***!!? Don't you understand me? There's NO ERICA HERE, this is a new phone for a 12 year old girl so stop calling her! She said she'd take the # off teh list, so let's hope she did.
This number calls me from ten to fifteen times a day and it is extremly annoying. I know for a fact I am in debt with no one as I have no way of being in debt, no credit cards or loans at all. UGH it is going to drive me insane.
yeah, i just got my phone YES****AY and they were the first people that phoned me.. and they wont stop.. i dont even know what HSBC is...
They are looking for deceased people (2)and refuse to speak to anyone but the deceased. They call at AT LEAST 10 times daily.

They called me in the morning asking for someone else. I told them they had the wrong number and ***g up. Throughout the day they called me six more times! I called the number to see who it was and it was HSBC I told them I don't have an account with them and that I'm not who they're looking for. I figured that would be the end of them calling but they've called me once already since then... only half an hour after I told them to stop calling me. I am so annoyed!

this is allegedly HSBC financial services calling about debt collection, however I have no debt with them and they NEVER leave a message... just a **** up EVERY time the number calls
I have the same problem... My account is up-to-date but they still call me 10 times a day. So, I've figured out how to cheat them. If you create a contact (I call mine 'ignore') with their #s in it and your phone has the option to****ign custom ringtones to contacts, create a 'silent' ringtone and****ign it to their contact. No more ringing when you're trying to sleep or out for dinner or wat****g a movie or whatever!
I am being plagued by this number from it calling me every 15-35 min mon through sat and 3 time on sundays. MAKE IT STOP

harassment continues even after making payment arrangements, constant violation of collections act they will give the excuse that there auto dialler is malfunctioning even 3 days after account settlements have been made
The calls s**** at 8am, and they don't stop until 9pm. It's automated, and it happens at least once an hour. It doesn't make me have any money to pay them, and you can sure as***** bet I've already cut up the card!
I've been getting calls 6-8 times a day for a week. Finally called the number and on my second attempt I got through to a service representative at HSBC and they confirmed that someone used by number to set up an account. They say that they have corrected the problem and I won't get called a***n. If they keep calling I will post an update.
