I was getting calls for a girl named Jennifer who does not live here. I called the number mentioned in previous comments and they removed my number and were very polite. Hopefully they don't s**** a***n in 3 months which has happened with other companies.

I called 800-658-0054 and pressed 3 to speak with someone; no wait time. She verified my phone number and I told her that the name they had****ociated with it was wrong and that I'd like to be removed. She said she would remove it and it would take 24-48 hours. She was very polite. I haven't received another call back.
Call 800-658-0054 to have your number removed. It takes 24-48 hours - but oyu do get a human after the recording.

This is a debt collection agency called ERC...or perhaps ECR, I don't remember. They called for someone named Heidi and I explained that I'd just had my number c****ed and this must be her old one. The girl was very polite and said that she'd remove my number from their calling list. It should take 24-48hours. I took her name down just in case they call a***n.
