don't know if they are a scam or not they not talk when I answer it. but have hear of scam that all u need to do is answer the phone for one scam I heard about. after answer the phone u get charge for long D phone call

They do not answer when you say hello and when you call back to find out who the heck it is you get no one because the number is not a working number. you can hear people talking but no one ever says anything when you say hello! They need to stop calling!
