These people call everyday at least 10 times a day and don't say anything.
I received a recorded message from HSBC that my account is past due and that I owe $85. We checked our HSBC accts (ones that we know are HSBC) and we have $0 balances on both of them.
The caller asked me for my social security number before identifying themselves. I ***g up.
