Call from PNC, yet we do not bank with them, know them. No PNC bank in our area.

Didn't recognize number. Didn't answer. Left no message. With the huge list of scam-like calls listed across the web, permanently blocked on all services.

The number called back says PNC Voice Banking Credit Card Services however I do not bank with PNC nor have an account of any type with them for over 10 years now (I refuse to use them due to fees). Therefore why would they be calling me without an account? I am thinking they might be trying to extract iden***y information from those called. Do not answer.
