I was told to call this number back to answer a few questions about the application I submitted for a life insurance policy for my three year old son. I tried calling several times and also had my husband try on his phone and each time someone picked up, didn't say anything, and ***g up! Very annoying and frustrating. I found Gerber's Grow Up Plan's general customer service number and spoke to a woman named Darlene who was absolutely wonderful. Although she was unable to help me due to me needing to speak with the underwriting department, she did thank me for bringing the problem of that number to Gerber's attention and that they are working to resolve that issue. Apparently no one is in the underwriting office today and the recording that states that is not working. It is coming across as if you are getting ***g up on when in reality it is an issue with the answering ma****e. Darlene found all this out and called me back to let me know. She was great! That number was annoying but she made me a happy soon to be policy holder. Now that is great customer service!
