I too received the same unsolicited spam from this number, and reported it to the FCC at https://esupport.fcc.gov/ccmsforms/form1088.action -- I suggest everybody else who received it does the same.
text message said to call # now for important claim information. I replied by texting STOP. The next message read "you will receive no further messages from PAIDMARKETINGPANEL
