Payday loan and noone said anything it beeped

Got a call from (866)307-0544, when I asked them if they wanted to leave a message, the guy said his name was steven/stephen and it was regarding a business manner, yet he said to call him back at (800)291-5892.

Hey!  That's not fair to say.  I don't owe anyone anything.  I just recently c****e cell phone carriers and they keep calling me several times a day.  I tell them this phone number is relatively new and to please stop calling and remove it from their system, but they don't.  It's highly annoying.

-uh, we do.  This is a scam.  The real debt I have is a large student loan, which I have never defaulted on.  (I also have some occasional off the books debts with friends and such, but those are paid quickly enough, and would not be sent to a collection agency.  Has anyone called the number back?  I am not willing to do so with my cell, as they might high-jack my number.
