FMA Alliance idiots, a debt collector. Calling the wrong number, I've told them repeatedly, and they still call. This time from this NEW #800-292-2***, that I've not seen before, so now I have blocked this one too. Of course I had to play with them first. So, now that is done, back to my nap.

addition,as of today they are leaving a recorded message. please hold this message will pause for 3 seconds...by holding on for these three seconds you have said that you are the adult in the household, please call some 866 number, this is an attempt to collect a debt and all collected information will be used for that pupose.

Comes in on cell phone. Answered by mistake. They would not tell me who they were, but asked for someone whom I do not know. When I said I didn't know that person they asked for my name, when I refused to give it they claimed it was a "dire emergency". I called back and got a man on the phone, asked what their business was and he told me debt collector, I have no debts. I told him to please remove me from the list and not to call any longer, he told me that they had my number for some reason and he could not do that. After a somewhat heated debate, I ***g up and filed with the FTC one month ago. This company has called me over 75 times since that ini***al conversation. I refuse to answer the phone and am still waiting for the FTC to do so****ing about it.

They dont say who they are or what they are calling in reference to, perhaps if they leave a little info i might want to return their call.

They are in violation of the law at this time. They s****ed calling my cell number looking for someone else. After telling them I was not who they were looking for, now they have been calling me allhours on my cell phone afetr being asked to not call and that I will not pay the debt as it is NOT MINE! I have legal actions pending.

Company is still calling.  Will be filing complaints with the BBB and the FTC as they are now in violation of the law.

Scam: They have been calling me for over 1 month, they 1st asked for a Mr. Bunny, not my name, who lives in Il. on Cherry Ave, I live in San Francisco and definitely not on any Cherry ave. Then then s****ed asking for my SSN, this is when I reported them to the proper Federal agency. I have asked them to stop calling as they have the wrong person, but they have continued to violate the law by calling me during my office hours on my cell phone. I am thinking of having them brought to civil court here in San Francisco for harassment, I am just waiting on the advice from our families lawyers.
