It was made to my attention this was listed here, I am the Customer Service Manager and the person above Richard Hertz is only someone that is on here to cause a problem with our company and is giving out incomplete and false information. First of all, our record with the BBB is remarkable since we have been in business since 1992 and have only a handful of complaints which KEEP IN MIND HAVE ALL BEEN RESOLVED. We travel 200-300 clients per WEEK, which is approx. 13,000 per year and over 200,000 clients in our history! So, 58 complaints from 200K is .029%... Thanks Mr. Hertz for bringing that ouy! THAT IS A COMPLIMENT! Second, the case regarding ADVERTISING PRACTICES not our company, in Indiana is still pending and I have already proven that our company did not send these faxes they accused us of, and that our company was set up, but that is not to be discussed until after this is resolved which I can****ure you will be in our favor. Our company is in excellent standing with the State and with all organizations we are involved in. I read many items here and many have nothing to do with our company. I see health care, mortgage, roofers, construction, etc.. WE ARE A FULL SERVICE TRAVEL AGENCY AND HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THESE PEOPLE.. Understand, for those who do not understand how the system works and wishes to make accusations, The deletion numbers are designated to the advertising agencies. They have many companies that they advertise for. W***VER is advertising THAT DAY from whatever particular list they are using, will be directed to use a certain DELETION NUMBER, Just because we use it today, they can have another client using it tomorrow.. same number, but different list used. Common practice. Do not****ociate all of these companies as one. THEY ARE NOT. You will know that you are dealing with our company if you ask to be deleted because we issue a deletion confirmation number, if they did not, ask for one, and that is how we know what is deleted. We can actually trace each number by the day it was done and who deleted it by knowing this number. Do not mistake all of the travel fliers you get as being the same company, WE ARE NOT.. we are ONE office and ONE LOCATION and have no other connection to any other travel company. We will gladly remove any number that is requested. A***n, our record speaks for it self. If you have questions, you may direct them at my by calling the correct number on your do***ent. My suggestion is that if you get fliers from other companies, call directly to the number listed and ask to be deleted. That is if you are confused or do not understand how the deletion system works. I received a fax from this # yes****ay, and called to have my number removed from their database, and yet received another fax from them today. so i called their number and asked 3 different people for a fax number, and they were ***ue and elusive. one woman i spoke with was very sarcastic and called me a sir (i have a high pitched clearly feminine voice) and even after correcting her, she called me sir a***n.
